Ageless Transformation

I was eighty-five years old when we began the program and I weighed 144 pounds. Before I began the Protocol I had for months been experiencing severe backache. It did not respond to acupuncture, herbs or massage. A few hours after I took my first dose of Essential Spray the pain was gone. It has not returned. I had a moderate 'beer belly'—as I told Leslie—without the benefit of beer. The beer belly disappeared and my weight steadily reduced. Now, at age eighty-six, my weight remains between 128 and 131 pounds. I feel lighter. I kayak regularly and play tennis twice a week with a partner half my age.

Blood pressure Perfect

I joined the program not so much for weight loss but specifically for resolving my extremely high blood pressure problem which nobody else had been able to assist me with. I'd spent a great deal of money on other programs, all of which failed. Thus I was unsure this program was going to work. It worked superbly well. Before I began the program my blood pressure was 190/64. It is now 119/74. This program is far more than just weight loss, it is a holistic course that heals the body and re-educates the mind. My blood pressure is now perfect. My symptoms had been very worrying, my doctors were insisting on medication for life. Now I feel better than ever with no medication.

No More Drugs

My stomach seems to be healing, thankfully. I've managed to eat more food and I like it again. My energy is good, my moods are great, my sleep is wonderful. When I began Cura Romana I was taking a number of medications, including Ciprimal and Zanax. Thanks to Cura Romana I am no longer taking any medication at all. I assume that having been on Cura Romana, and that no meds are being taken any more, is also the reason that my libido has at last returned.

IBS Gone

Before I started Cura Romana I had long been a victim of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Now, after Cura Romana, my Irritable Bowel Syndrome has disappeared completely and my cholesterol level, which was of great concern to my doctor, has now dropped by an amazing 70%.

Pregnant At Last

I used to suffer from polycystic ovaries which meant that I did not have a stable cycle for my period and I could not get pregnant without medical help. On the program my health and hormones improved so much that I got pregnant immediately after doing the program. I felt really beautiful inside my body even though I still had another 15 more kilos that I wanted to lose.

Depression Lifts

I was quite depressed before starting the program and felt even lower for the first week or so. The sense of depression and hopelessness cleared completely by the end of the second week and has never come back again. Before Cura Romana I had been on long-term anti-depressants and HRT. After Cura Romana it was obvious that I didn't need either. My spirits are great and my body is now chemically free which is something I really wanted to achieve. I have a greater sense of myself than I've ever had before physically, emotionally and spiritually, a more positive outlook, tremendous vitality, and a sweeter relationship with my body.

Hormones Balanced

Cura Romana brought gifts to all areas of my life, not just weight loss. Having suffered thyroid issues, anxiety and hormonal imbalance, I discovered to my surprise and delight that by the end of hCG + Food Plan all of these issues had resolved themselves. I finished the program one month ago and can take emotional balance for granted now because I'm eating in a way that supports all my body's needs and it's easy.

No More Reflux

The most important gift I took away from Cura Romana is the knowledge that I am valuable and deserve the very best care for my whole person. I now experience better health. For example, before doing the program I used to take an acid reflux medication every day, now I do not need it at all. For the first time in a long time I am comfortable in my own skin.

20 Years Younger

Thanks to Cura Romana I am sleeping more soundly than I have done in years. My doctor measured me when I started the program and did a 10-week reassessment. Not only have I lost 2 stone in weight but I have also lost 24 inches from my bust, waist, midriff, hips, thighs and arms (including an amazing 7.5 inches from my waist.) My BMI has dropped from 36 to 30, my blood pressure has dropped from 140/90 to 125/75. How brilliant is that! HRT Not Needed

The beauty of Cura Romana is that it kick-started me on a journey of re-discovery of myself and my body which I expect never to fully complete. It also helped me accept that where I am at any moment is just fine and that I can work with my body rather than trying to subject it to unreasonable demands. My hormonal balance is much better and I haven't gone back to HRT.

Mood Swings Gone

Cura Romana has truly changed my life. I doubted this in the beginning. I was always cynical about touted "cures" for anything. Now I feel so much better. My body is continuing to shape itself into the real me. My friend told me yesterday, 'You have never looked so good, and what's going on with those slim hips!!!!!' Well, I have never been told that before. Always had good 'childbearing hips', and they are still there but in smaller proportions in size 12 jeans. Incredible! And what really amazes me is I haven't had one hot flush or dreadful mood swing in two weeks.

Pain Vanishes

My doctor rang me with blood test results after three and a half weeks on the program. My under-active thyroid had gone from 9.5 before Cura Romana to 0.1. I could reduce my meds. I was blown away, it was the best news yet. Also, before Cura Romana I had shocking pains in my feet when I woke up in the morning. It took me three or four minutes to stretch out my feet. I couldn't even get out of bed and go straight down the stairs. Even after sitting watching a film it would be the same thing. But now, since Cura Romana, that is all gone, it's fantastic.

Real Transformation

One of the major benefits for me, apart from the weight loss, has been the discontinuance of the hot flushes that I previously experienced. It's wonderful. Calm At Last

I started to notice the changes in my body and how I felt almost immediately. From time to time I would feel a little hungry and look forward to my next meal, but my spirits were great and many of my minor complaints disappeared. I had no more headaches, my breathing improved, my general aches and pains in my body continued to lessen all the way through the program, and I developed a real sense of wellbeing and calmness.

Symptoms Vanish

Within the first week, the indigestion which I had constantly been plagued with disappeared. My dermatitis cleared up completely. I had been suffering with numbness in my hands every day over a number of years (no-one seemed to be able to identify why this was happening!). This completely disappeared. During the last five weeks of the program my long-standing back pain disappeared, the plantar fasciitis I had been experiencing for a long time had gone, and my quality of sleep had improved 100%. None of these symptoms have ever returned.

Depression Lifts

When I began Cura Romana I suffered from severe depression which was only getting deeper. Now I can confidently say I have not relapsed into a depression. This is an amazing feat for me, and I lost weight on the way. Everything is in sync again.

Well Again

During the first week on the program I noticed my goiter shrinking and my body aches disappearing. Long-standing cravings such as for sugar and coffee began to leave me. I had no headaches, no bloated stomach and no more acid reflux.

PMS Ended

Before Cura Romana I suffered with severe menstrual cramps which left me writhing in pain each month. Whilst on the program I didn't need to use painkillers even once. My asthma also improved.

Better All Round

Before beginning Cura Romana I had a persistent cough for over 10 years. It virtually disappeared on the program. I also suffered from occasional rashes that cleared from my system, and within a week my doctor was able to cut my cholesterol medication in half as my blood pressure had already lowered considerably.

Hypertension Meds Stopped

I went for a check-up with my doctor. She has worked with me since I had a life-threatening episode of extremely high blood pressure at 260/180 in 2006. Today it was 100/80, and so I have come off one of the cocktail of tablets that I have had to take for the past five years. One down, three to go! I'll see her again in two weeks time. It is feeling good to see such amazing effects and I feel energized by it.

Heart Rate Normal

Before Cura Romana I had been experiencing frequent breathlessness when climbing stairs etc. This has now gone. A rapid heart rate on or after exertion has now also gone.

Free Of All Drugs

Before Cura Romana I had been taking 50mg of Levothyroxine per day as well as 40mgs of Simvastatin per day. I had chronic constipation, hemorrhoids, raised cholesterol etc. Now, not only am I free of the drugs, I no longer experience any of these conditions.

Thyroid Normal

I had an extremely under-active thyroid and was gaining weight day-by-day before Cura Romana and found myself under extreme pressure even just to sustain what my weight was then. Within the first three weeks my thyroid had almost normalized. I feel totally free and have every confidence in my body to keep me informed. Anyone thinking of doing the program, just do it. For weightloss it will work without question, but you stand to gain so much more.

No Cravings—Digestion Great

I no longer have any cravings, I feel so in control. I also feel comfortable after I eat, a great bonus after having digestive problems. This way of eating that I have learned in Consolidation is very empowering.

What's not to like!

I never get headaches anymore, unless it's a reaction to some food that my body hates that I've tried. My balance has improved. I noticed this just the other day when I stood on one leg in the shower while washing the opposite foot, realizing that I used to have to do this by supporting myself leaning against the bathroom wall. I never get backache any more. My skin has grown softer all over. My breath stays fresher, the whites of my eyes are whiter, and my tongue is never furred. What's not to like!

No More Headaches

I had a few days with headaches at the beginning of Cura Romana. These headaches had been plaguing me for several months so I presumed that they would continue to do so. In fact, within a few days the headaches cleared up completely and I have never had another one.

Off All Drugs

Thank you Leslie for your wonderful mentorship throughout my journey—you are a gem—and I will be eternally grateful for all you have done for me. I wish I had known about this program earlier. I just stumbled on it by accident—what a lucky thing for me!! I no longer take blood pressure, cholesterol, arthritis or asthma medication. So my very grateful thanks.

Triglycerides & cholesterol Change Fast

I wanted to share with you my wonderful blood test results. I started the program on 6th June.
On 9th June I had the following results: Lipids

• Total cholesterol 6.2mmol/L.
• Triglycerides 2.4mmol/L.
• HDL cholesterol 1.41mmol/L.
• LDL cholesterol 3.7mmol/L (0.0-3.4) high.
• Total/HDL cholesterol ratio 4.4.
• Fasting glucose 7.4mmol/L (3.5-6.0) high.
• 3 month average 6.7% (4.0-6.0) high (glycated haemoglobin).

On July 14th I had the following results:
Lipids

• Total cholesterol 2.6mmol/L.
• Triglycerides 0.9mmol/L.
• HDL cholesterol 0.8mmol/L.
• LDL cholesterol 1.4mmol/L (0.0-3.4)
• Total/HDL cholesterol ratio 3.3.
• Fasting glucose 6.5mmol/L (3.5-6.0) high.
• 3 month average 6.3% (4.0-6.0) high (glycated haemoglobin)

I'm very happy with the lipid results and my glucose continues to drop.
