Your E-Book Manuals
You get two beautiful and authoritative manuals—one for Essential Spray+Food Plan and the other when you are ready to enter the all-important Consolidation process. Our manuals are continually updated as we work to refine your program making it every more effective, graceful and easy to follow. They belong to you to download, print and make notes in as you please. An on going map to follow wherever you are on your Cura Romana Journey, they are also a great resource when you are looking for something specific. Enjoy them.

You can also discover more about the practicalities of your program and the transformation you're experiencing. And you can learn about the program's origins, development, and research plus further reading.
Your Daily Reports
Each day, from the beginning of your program to the very end, you will record your weight online in pounds or in kilos — whichever you prefer. Then you fill in your Daily Report as fully and accurately as possible. All this information is held online as you progress week-by-week. These two daily steps are essential so that you can track your progress, identify any adjustments you need to make so weight loss runs smoothly, and for you to remain fully aware of what you are doing and experiencing from day to day.
Your Unique Help Section
From your very first day on the program you have access to our Help Section with its extensive materials and efficient search engine. Here you can find answers to your questions as well as look for further information and guidance. If you have a concern which is not covered in your audio's, videos, written materials or in your Help Section, you also have the opportunity to request personal support by filling in a form. This service is only available provided you have kept full and accurate records in your Daily Reports to enable us to refer to them in addressing your query.
Your Kitchen
You'll find two online Kitchens to help you preparing your meals as well as an abundance of delicious recipes. The first kitchen brings you recipes for the Food Plan part of the program. The second kitchen, which becomes available as soon as you enter Consolidation, is full of delicious recipes and guidance not only for the next six weeks but for life-long nutritional, sound, healthy eating.
