The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of CuraRomana.com as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At this time, Cura Romana ships merchandise to international locations. All orders ship within 48 Hours of purchase on regular business days. The risk of loss during delivery falls to Cura Romana and its product manufacturer. Please allow up to one week, on average, for deliveries within the United Kingdom. On average, two to three weeks should be allowed for International deliveries including those to European Union countries. All deliveries to the United Kingdom are sent First Class via Royal Mail. European Union and International deliveries are sent Air Sure or International Signed For via Royal Mail. We also offer Express Courier service via DHL and Economy Courier to certain countries. Occasionally, parcels going overseas may be delayed at customs control when entering your country. This is beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for the late arrival of parcels detained in this way.
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
All purchases at www.CuraRomana.com have a cancellation and return policy starting from the date and time of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order we will refund your credit card in full provided the Essential Spray has not already been shipped. Due to the nature of our Essential Spray, its shelf life, and tampering policies, any returned Essential Spray cannot be resold or used by other customers. If you wish to cancel a program and the Essential Spray has already been shipped, we will issue a refund minus the cost of the spray plus shipping and handling. Should 30 days have elapsed since the purchase of any program, or if any program has been started, we will be unable to issue any refund. Please contact us directly if you receive a defective product and we will resend it. The quality of our products is guaranteed by our manufacturers.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

We reserve the right to change our site policies. Any changes that we make will be posted on the website and will be deemed delivered within fifteen days after posting. Notices from you to Cura Romana must be made using our contact form or by post.
