At Cura romana, we offer three levels of coaching :

  • The Inner Circle : you will be continuously in touch with your coach, who will read your reports and your questions every day and record a voice mail as an answer every other day. Wherever you are in the world, you do not need to make a time for a virtual session. Instead you get a continuous support that you can fit around your own schedule, planned or unplanned. Your coach will celebrating milestones with you, whether it's losing a half pound a day, fitting into a smaller size jeans, or running a mile without stopping. He will acknowledge your hard work and provide motivation to keep you going. He can also adjust your plan: as you progress on your weight loss journey, your coach will make adjustments to your plan as needed. He will help you set new goals, modify your meal plans and exercise routines, and provide strategies to help you continue to progress. You will also have access to all that is included in the Journey and the Basic programs below.
  • The Journey Program: You will be provided with resources and tools to help you on your journey. Here are some of the resources and tools you will have access to:
    • daily prerecorded audio messages to boost your motivation and engagement,
    • educational materials such as articles, podcasts, videos and e-books on topics related to nutrition, exercise, breathwork and mindset to enhance your understanding and drive your journey. These materials can help you deepen your understanding of healthy living and provide you with the knowledge to make informed choices.
    • a library of healthy and delicious recipes to help you stay on track and crafting a supporting and sustainable lifestyle, not only during your coaching, but forever.
    • All of these resources, you will have access to, for life!
    • You have access to support from the coach directly when you need him : just write to him, and he will answer to you within two days!
    • You also have access to everything that is in the basic program
  • The Basic Program: You have access to the workbooks, and an online system that allows you to track your progress by monitoring key metrics such as weight, mood and energy levels and which foods do work for you, or not ! Who is your coach? If you are curious

Aaron lives in the South Island of New-Zealand, on the Banks Peninsula, with his family. He grew up in Wales, studied in England and in the United States, where he lived for a while, in London and in New-York. His mother was American and his father English, his partner is French. He travelled extensively and has already coached people from all continents (except Antarctica!) and of very varied cultures and lifestyles. He is non-judgemental and loves trying new things and discovering new perspectives on life. He loves skating, climbing, philosophy and cinema, breathwork and good meals! He is fully devoted to his two Burmese seal point cats that perfectly embody the say : “ Cats don’t have masters. They have staff.”
