I just could not get over the clarity that I experienced on Cura Romana. I am not sure that I have ever felt that in my entire adult life. I took to getting rid of every piece of clutter and junk I had been holding on to. It was like I couldn't let go and now it's a clean slate, a new chapter in my life, emotionally as well as physically and I am never going back. I am happier than I have been for years. I have a calmness and a stillness that I don't think I ever experienced before. Emotional baggage that I was harbouring and carrying around is just leaving me. I get up every day looking forward with confidence and a light heart and can truly give thanks.

Before doing Cura Romana I thought I was doing everything right with my diet and exercise program. However, I was still gaining weight. I know now that I was 'way off the mark'. Only with Cura Romana was I successful in reducing my weight. However, Cura Romana offers so much more than weightloss. Leslie Kenton is a writer I trust - I have been inspired by her books for more than 20 years now. She explains quite touchingly that she has had issues around her weight since medical procedures in her teens left her with a faulty metabolism. She doesn't pretend to be a physician or a guru, but a fearlessly investigative journalist who needs help herself, so she explores the best options for health and weightloss and then writes a book about it for the rest of us. In "Cura Romana" she has found an amazing tool in the work of Dr Arthur Simeons who after many years of clinical research decided that the tendency to obesity was the product of a faulty system rather than just the result of gluttony, and worked out a program to cure it. What Leslie has done is synthesize this method, expand and bring it up to date, and, most importantly, hone the method for keeping the weight off for life. (Always the depressing issue for those of us who have yo-yo dieted for most of their adult lives.) I think this book is brilliant. The system works on everyone - me, in my 60s, now wearing size 14 jeans for the first time in 30 years, (gosh its great not to have to describe myself as a fat person anymore!) my husband, who was highly skeptical - a friend in our village who lost 2 stone in 42 days and looks wonderful, and her 30 year old son who did the same thing. Leslie Kenton's Cura Romana is much more than a diet book - it's a genuine tool for personal transformation. I'm only sorry her publisher puts a quote about it being a "craze" - it's far more important and profound than that. PS. How I wish it had been available 30 years ago!

I am on my sixth day of Essential Spray + Food Plan and I am feeling great. My hunger is completely gone. The skin on my face and body feels so hydrated that I don't even need a moisturizer! I'm so amazed! Cura Romana is something so special and unique. The wonderful thing is that I don't even feel that I'm on a strict diet. I am getting more energized each day and most of the energy comes from my own inessential fat. How good can it get?

I have read this book and followed the Cura Romana Weight Loss Plan twice now, and I would highly recommend both. The program outlined in this book enables the body to burn off stored fat at an amazingly fast rate (on average a half pound a day for women and one pound a day for men.) More than that, however, it takes you on a journey of personal growth where you come to appreciate your body - dare I say like it? - and discover who you are at a deeper level. I'm in my mid 40s, and it helped me lose those stubborn extra 10 pounds and feel about 20 years younger. Aches and pains gone, skin radiant, energy levels soaring. I encourage anyone who has struggled with hopelessness around excess weight to pick up this book and discover the indescribable transformation that it can bring.

the first time I went on it I lost 9 kilos as I was quite overweight after a second child at 40. I have managed to keep my weight within reasonable levels since. I have eliminated a skin condition on my arms over the years due to using it. I recently was feeling awful after getting covid twice followed by influenza. I was exhausted and catching illness easily. I also put on weight. The Doctor said I have long covid. I went on the sprays for 2 weeks and have felt better than I had since early June, and feel like I'm well again. I've always noted the difference in my mental clarity and feeling happier and have more energy on the program.

I have actually completed the Cura Romana program and have nothing but praise for the program and for Leslie Kenton herself. Leslie's and Aaron's methods have helped me to become more in tune with my body and the way it behaves and Leslie's guidance has identified areas that I would never have thought of (e.g. food allergies), whilst I've never been happier and more at ease with myself. And to top all this off, I still managed to lose 8 kilos and keep it off because of the methods that Leslie and Aaron use! I have learnt a lot from Leslie, she is a very knowledgable woman and one I will be forever grateful to for the gift she has given me.

As someone who has tried many diets over the years with varying degrees of success, I found the Cura Romana Journey very different from all of them. I did the Cura Romana program and lost 14 kilos. There was nothing particularly hard about the process once I decided to do it. I am glad that I did it as it has enhanced my life in many areas.
