I did the Cura Romana program and lost 14 kilos. There was nothing particularly hard about the process once I decided to do it. I am glad that I did it as it has enhanced my life in many areas. Physically I feel lighter and look better, emotionally and mentally I am much clearer about how I want to live my life now and so can make more courageous and appropriate decisions. The Cura Romana program worked for me, I got what I paid for.

I have successfully shed 12 lbs this time and reached my target which I am delighted about. I did the programme a few years ago and shed a stone AND it cleared my thyroid issue! I was able to stop taking the thyroid pills; how amazing is that?

It took me a week before I started to relax into the plan and trust it. It was a very intense experience for me physically and emotionally. I lost such a lot of weight and I was amazed that my body coped remarkably well. Spiritually, I now feel much closer to my true self and much happier and, of course, much lighter.

Cura Romana was a unique experience that I would recommend to everyone. It completely transformed my life. I am free of cravings and food addictions. Thank you again for making this fabulous program available, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. It really is the best thing that has happened to me for a long time and I can still hardly believe it. I wish more people who are struggling with their weight would try it. To lose weight quickly and easily while not feeling hungry is just fantastic. I am sure that in time I will reach my ideal weight, a goal that I thought would no longer be possible, and this is all thanks to you and your obvious passion for the work that you do and for your wonderful support throughout.

The most important gift I took away from Cura Romana is the knowledge that I am valuable and deserve the very best care for my whole person. I feel better about me, more confident. I know that I am okay, that I can be successful and whatever challenge I am faced with I am more in tune with the needs of my whole self, from what foods to avoid to my need for 'me' time.

Before I began Cura Romana I was anxious as to whether 'I' could do this or not. Anxious, too, that even if I lost weight could I sustain it. Yet excited about finally getting back to the person I know I am. Physically my weight loss was very fast and the lightness in my body and energy this created was astounding. Emotionally my confidence in myself was restored without even realizing that this was happening. I am told I am walking taller these days. Spiritually my sense of gratitude is blossoming daily. This journey with Cura Romana has been a liberating experience for me. I feel as if my emotional and physical struggles have simply fallen away from me. It is as though I am back in my 20s with energy and enthusiasm to burn. The future is again something to look forward to and to embrace with both hands.

So first off - I have to say I haven't read this book. BUT I HAVE DONE THE PROGRAM! Last year I successfully did the plan under Leslie & Aaron's supervision. Leslie is a woman of the utmost integrity. The plan is much more than weight loss and it is the depth and breadth of Leslie's understanding of the areas of health, well-being and spirituality which made this plan of greater value than buying a remedy off the shelf. The plan works in a way which has to be seen to be believed - if you want to experience it, even better! Having completed the program in September I am now more in tune with my physical health than I have been for decades. I personally wouldn't have undertaken such a significant program without being coached through the process and I'm incredibly grateful to Leslie and Aaron for the superb program and support. Vitally this program is a re-education and could revolutionize the whole weightloss industry. It does require self-responsibility, but if you're up to the task you will have a renewed relationship with your body and yourself.

For a long time I have felt a separation between mind and body. I felt that my body didn't work properly, I tried to eat healthily and lead a healthy lifestyle but something kept letting me down. It's been a long search for me to find the key. Over the years I've tried many diets. I've eaten high protein, been on a vegetarian and a vegan diet, I've fasted, I've eaten raw foods, organic foods, juice, and sprouted, I've done yoga and pilates, joined a gym. I've tried various complementary therapies - herbalism, acupuncture, chiropractic, educational kinesiology, aromatherapy and reflexology. Nothing has helped to reduce my weight permanently. With Cura Romana everything is different. I know I have found the key. This is not a quick fix "lose a stone a month" only to put a stone and a half back on next month. I no longer feel separation between mind and body. I feel re-connected and integrated with mind, body and spirit working in harmony. I'm amazed at the changes in myself. Food is now fuel for my body, I no longer crave sweet and starchy foods, in fact, I feel quite indifferent to them. I'm no longer driven by my cravings, and this has not taken one ounce of willpower. It has just happened naturally like a flower blossoming.

I can’t express my gratitude enough for this program. Everyone keeps telling me how my skin is glowing and how good I look. I feel so much better within myself and just all around healthier and happier. This has truly been life changing. I just could not get over the clarity that I experienced on Cura Romana. I am not sure that I have ever felt that in my entire adult life. I took to getting rid of every piece of clutter and junk I had been holding on to. It was like I couldn't let go and now it's a clean slate, a new chapter in my life, emotionally as well as physically and I am never going back. I am happier than I have been for years. I have a calmness and a stillness that I don't think I ever experienced before. Emotional baggage that I was harbouring and carrying around is just leaving me. I get up every day looking forward with confidence and a light heart and can truly give thanks.

For me, the Cura Romana Journey was what I had been waiting for for a long time. It was the answer to a question I had put out in the universe and it was answered fully. It changed my perception of eating and taught me how precious, clever and technical my body was, as well as showing me that my body answers me - whatever I think or eat. We need to know what we are putting into our body. It is all we have, and we must look after it.

I definitely feel Cura Romana is different than any other weightloss protocol. My enthusiasm, vitality and creativity has increased immeasurably. I am enjoying life more, I am more organized, I thought that a part of my life had died when I reached menopause, and now I have regained my life. I feel alive again.

This is the easiest and most rewarding weight loss plan I have ever followed and it is also the only time I believe that I can permanently maintain this weight. The rapid weight loss using the Essential Spray is great and I didn't feel hungry at all. This made it very easy to follow the plan. The kenton's coaching also really helped when I had questions or things that needed refining during the program. Over the whole 45 days of the program, I lost 13.3 kilos and a total of 95cms. I love my new body, new way of eating, and new way of being. The benefits of this program are physical, emotional and spiritual and I highly recommend it to anyone who has struggled with weight long-term as I had.
