I have just finished the 45 day plan and I feel absolutely wonderful! I lost 31 lbs with no difficulty. I am a practicing homeopath and I fully endorse the use of the Essential Spray vs. the western medicine version. I physically feel better than I have in years and had no complications from following the program. I would highly recommend it to not only my clients but also family.

Leslie Kenton is a writer I trust - I have been inspired by her books for more than 20 years now. She explains quite touchingly that she has had issues around her weight since medical procedures in her teens left her with a faulty metabolism. She doesn't pretend to be a physician or a guru, but a fearlessly investigative journalist who needs help herself, so she explores the best options for health and weightloss and then writes a book about it for the rest of us. In "Cura Romana" she has found an amazing tool in the work of Dr Arthur Simeons who after many years of clinical research decided that the tendency to obesity was the product of a faulty system rather than just the result of gluttony, and worked out a program to cure it. What Leslie has done is synthesize this method, expand and bring it up to date, and, most importantly, hone the method for keeping the weight off for life. (Always the depressing issue for those of us who have yo-yo dieted for most of their adult lives.) I think this book is brilliant. The system works on everyone - me, in my 60s, now wearing size 14 jeans for the first time in 30 years, (gosh its great not to have to describe myself as a fat person anymore!) my husband, who was highly skeptical - a friend in our village who lost 2 stone in 42 days and looks wonderful, and her 30 year old son who did the same thing. Leslie Kenton's Cura Romana is much more than a diet book - it's a genuine tool for personal transformation. I'm only sorry her publisher puts a quote about it being a "craze" - it's far more important and profound than that. PS. How I wish it had been available 30 years ago!

For me, the Cura Romana Journey was what I had been waiting for for a long time. It was the answer to a question I had put out in the universe and it was answered fully. It changed my perception of eating and taught me how precious, clever and technical my body was, as well as showing me that my body answers me - whatever I think or eat. We need to know what we are putting into our body. It is all we have, and we must look after it.

So first off - I have to say I haven't read this book. BUT I HAVE DONE THE PROGRAM! Last year I successfully did the plan under Leslie & Aaron's supervision. Leslie is a woman of the utmost integrity. The plan is much more than weight loss and it is the depth and breadth of Leslie's understanding of the areas of health, well-being and spirituality which made this plan of greater value than buying a remedy off the shelf. The plan works in a way which has to be seen to be believed - if you want to experience it, even better! Having completed the program in September I am now more in tune with my physical health than I have been for decades. I personally wouldn't have undertaken such a significant program without being coached through the process and I'm incredibly grateful to Leslie and Aaron for the superb program and support. Vitally this program is a re-education and could revolutionize the whole weightloss industry. It does require self-responsibility, but if you're up to the task you will have a renewed relationship with your body and yourself.

For me, Cura Romana is a profound transformation. It took me deeper into myself, right into the places that I needed to go but had not been able to access, and it demanded that I give them my care and attention. It allowed stuck energy patterns and ideas to begin to shift. My weight loss was really wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. My body is lean and toned now and my skin is glowing. But I think that the program is so much deeper than that. The weightloss seems to be a by-product of a process of cleansing and rebalancing of the whole self.

Thank you again for making this fabulous program available, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. It really is the best thing that has happened to me for a long time and I can still hardly believe it. I wish more people who are struggling with their weight would try it. To lose weight quickly and easily while not feeling hungry is just fantastic. I am sure that in time I will reach my ideal weight, a goal that I thought would no longer be possible, and this is all thanks to you and your obvious passion for the work that you do and for your wonderful support throughout.

I am on my sixth day of Essential Spray + Food Plan and I am feeling great. My hunger is completely gone. The skin on my face and body feels so hydrated that I don't even need a moisturizer! I'm so amazed! Cura Romana is something so special and unique. The wonderful thing is that I don't even feel that I'm on a strict diet. I am getting more energized each day and most of the energy comes from my own inessential fat. How good can it get?

I did the Cura Romana program and lost 14 kilos. There was nothing particularly hard about the process once I decided to do it. I am glad that I did it as it has enhanced my life in many areas. Physically I feel lighter and look better, emotionally and mentally I am much clearer about how I want to live my life now and so can make more courageous and appropriate decisions. I completed the diet under the Kenton's supervision about 20 months ago. After cortisone treatment for asthma about ten years ago, I gained some 30 pounds, and despite various diets was unable to lose the last fifteeen. With Cura Romana I shed those persistent pounds effortlessly. More importantly, I have kept them off without being 'on a diet'. My body has truly and remarkably changed to the extent that food cravings are gone and I eat healthy foods in smaller amounts, because that satisfies my appetite, and that is what I now enjoy. In the past, I suffered fibromyalgia and other aches and pains. These are all gone. My system is so sensitized, that when I eat something not good for me I get immediate symptoms. This makes it easy to recognize and avoid such foods, not because I'm on a diet but because I know they don't agree with me. My digestive problems are also past history. I have not only lost weight, but I lost inches in precisely the places where they were unattractive. For the first time in my life I don't shrink from seeing myself in a mirror. The positive side effects of this diet were sufficiently profound, that I would agree with the reviewer who called it transformational. I am firmly convinced that the Kenton's guidance throughout the entire process was critical to the results I achieved. The daily reporting, the comments, encouragement and answers to any questions I had were not only motivational but also allowed me to understand more deeply the feedback my body was giving me. I cannot recommend more highly taking advantage of the mentorship.

Cura Romana is an exciting, life-changing journey which reduces your physical size and yet gives you an increased sense of who you are. The program is much easier to follow than I thought it would be and it really works! I was a little skeptical to start with but soon became a total convert. Cura Romana has changed forever how I think and eat. I now enjoy my food immensely and don't deprive myself. If I eat something which doesn't agree with me I now have the tools to hand to put my body back in balance. I now enjoy my foods without the anxieties I had for so long about food before.

I just could not get over the clarity that I experienced on Cura Romana. I am not sure that I have ever felt that in my entire adult life. I took to getting rid of every piece of clutter and junk I had been holding on to. This is an amazing program to work on many different levels of your body. The weight loss is a bonus in the process as the real change is that it helps you learn how to think and feel differently about food. I have lost 25 pounds in under 2 months. I feel different about food and have lost the cravings for sugar and starch. I am eating amazing healthy food and enjoying it! I have reviewed, and tried, many diets and most of them have their good points. What is so effective about Cura Romana is that you lose weight, feel good and maintain the weight loss. It is not a quick fix but a new attitude and approach to eating and certainly I achieved my goal weight on the plan, something I have not managed to do before. An integral part of the plan is The Essential Spray. The program has been designed to work synergistically and I certainly found the spray made a substantial difference to retraining my appetite. If you want a healthy way to lose weight then this has been well thought out and researched.

Cura Romana certainly worked for me. It will work for anyone who wants to lose weight permanently, easily and naturally. It helps you see the relationship between food in your body, the logical way it functions and the cause and effects of the choices we make.
