I have actually completed the Cura Romana program and have nothing but praise for the program and for Leslie Kenton herself. Leslie's and Aaron's methods have helped me to become more in tune with my body and the way it behaves and Leslie's guidance has identified areas that I would never have thought of (e.g. food allergies), whilst I've never been happier and more at ease with myself. And to top all this off, I still managed to lose 8 kilos and keep it off because of the methods that Leslie and Aaron use! I have learnt a lot from Leslie, she is a very knowledgable woman and one I will be forever grateful to for the gift she has given me.

I have done the program and have been amazed at the results. Initially I thought it sounded a bit too good to be true. Aaron & Leslie makes some very high claims: rapid and safe weight loss, no cravings, increased well-being including increased energy, awareness and clarity, and long-term stabilisation of weight loss. Sounds like a dream! Well, surprisingly, shockingly: it works! It's like a whole new chapter in the world of healthy nutrition. I am one of those people that has tried pretty much every diet there is on the planet. They usually promise a lot but don't deliver. This is quite different. Of course with every diet there are two elements, clarifying what you are meant to eat and dealing with cravings to eat other things that you are not meant to eat. Cura Romana has brought me not only my newly discovered body shape which I had not seen for a long time (even prior to having children), it has improved my relationship with myself and my eating habits which, although healthy, had always been rather controlled yet chaotic. For me, Cura Romana has triggered a powerful process into action where the weightloss was merely the sweet beginning of my transformation.

I completed the diet under the Kenton's supervision about 20 months ago. After cortisone treatment for asthma about ten years ago, I gained some 30 pounds, and despite various diets was unable to lose the last fifteeen. With Cura Romana I shed those persistent pounds effortlessly. More importantly, I have kept them off without being 'on a diet'. My body has truly and remarkably changed to the extent that food cravings are gone and I eat healthy foods in smaller amounts, because that satisfies my appetite, and that is what I now enjoy. In the past, I suffered fibromyalgia and other aches and pains. These are all gone. My system is so sensitized, that when I eat something not good for me I get immediate symptoms. This makes it easy to recognize and avoid such foods, not because I'm on a diet but because I know they don't agree with me. My digestive problems are also past history. I have not only lost weight, but I lost inches in precisely the places where they were unattractive. For the first time in my life I don't shrink from seeing myself in a mirror. The positive side effects of this diet were sufficiently profound, that I would agree with the reviewer who called it transformational. I am firmly convinced that the Kenton's guidance throughout the entire process was critical to the results I achieved. The daily reporting, the comments, encouragement and answers to any questions I had were not only motivational but also allowed me to understand more deeply the feedback my body was giving me. I cannot recommend more highly taking advantage of the mentorship.

This program is fantastic. I have been frightened to attempt weight loss in the past as I feared failing at it. I thought that Cura Romana seemed too good to be true but I'm so glad I followed the pull to do it. The program was easy to follow, incredibly effective, and with my new-found knowledge of the way my body works I continued to lose weight even throughout Consolidation. I loved the Consolidation program, the materials were fantastic and I refer to them on a regular basis. The recipes are great, especially the ones for linseed crackers which were a lifesaver. I still make them. My scales have now become my friends, after avoiding them the whole of my adult life. Leslie's support and all the resources she provided me with have been invaluable. If you've ever despaired of being in control of your eating habits then I cannot recommend strongly enough that you try Cura Romana. Prior to my undertaking the Cura Romana program I was 42 pounds overweight and I often felt helpless and out of control, and despised myself for my lack of willpower when I was overcome by a craving for bread or pasta. Now, after losing 23 pounds and keeping it off, I feel much more respect for myself and I am proud of what I have achieved. I no longer have any food cravings, I no longer even enjoy bread and pasta, and I have absolutely no doubt that I will lose my remaining weight. Following Cura Romana was far easier than I could ever have imagined, and most importantly it's changed my relationship with food for ever. Don't take my word for it though, try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

This is the easiest and most rewarding weight loss plan I have ever followed and it is also the only time I believe that I can permanently maintain this weight. The rapid weight loss using the Essential Spray is great and I didn't feel hungry at all. This made it very easy to follow the plan. The kenton's coaching also really helped when I had questions or things that needed refining during the program. Over the whole 45 days of the program, I lost 13.3 kilos and a total of 95cms. I love my new body, new way of eating, and new way of being. The benefits of this program are physical, emotional and spiritual and I highly recommend it to anyone who has struggled with weight long-term as I had.

I have recently finished Cura Romana under the supervision of Aaron & Leslie. This diet is different from others I have tried. Their constant support, together with the Essential Spray, have helped me to lose 10 kilos in 3 weeks. During the diet I was full of energy and their monitoring gave me lots of encouragement. The program is very easy to follow and I would recommend it to anyone.

Your body goes through a significant amount of change in the first few days. I had a slight feeling of fuzziness, a bit like jet lag, in those first couple of days. I had no headaches which may be because I cut back on coffee and eliminated alcohol about a week before I started. After the first week I had heaps of energy and was really relaxed and focused. I became very calm, clear-thinking and happy with my life.

The first three days on the Essential Spray + Food Plan were the most challenging for me with all sorts of things happening - a headache, dizziness at one stage but nothing serious. Then everything just settled down. I quickly began to notice an increased alertness. My sleep became much better and I awakened feeling more rested. I had better overall energy. By the second week I was feeling really good about the process. I was losing weight, not struggling at all with the food plan, and I was highly motivated to stick to the plan in a way I have never felt before. Emotionally I felt buoyant throughout the whole program. Physically I got better and better all the time. Spiritually I had some real 'ah has' around clarity of thought, my life direction, going into the stillness, and feeling much better aligned on my spiritual path.

This is one of the best treatments for obesity that I have come across in my life of 30 years of trying to lose weight, and it is the first time I have lost weight of such a significant amount - 20lbs - and without feeling hungry, tired or ratty. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and it is not just a diet but a treatment for obesity, that is so prevalent in our society today - this needs to be put on the NHS - it is a truly wonderful treatment and it works... without any crazy eating fads... just straight forward healthy eating. This works really well alongside Leslie & Aaron's excellent mentoring via the audios every day, if you want to lose weight, get healthy, and want to be full of energy and joie de vivre, then do this weightloss plan, you are in very safe hands. Whilst doing this plan you will also be embarking on an amazing spiritual journey.

As someone who has tried many diets over the years with varying degrees of success, I found the Cura Romana Journey very different from all of them. This time I lost the cravings and addictive eating behavior and they have never returned. Above all, I have learned to listen to and trust my body to tell me what it needs rather than relying on arbitrary rules. I feel an enormous sense of unity between body and spirit. I would never have believed such a thing to be possible. I feel a confidence and vitality that is new and I truly believe that it is going to last.

Before beginning my Cura Romana Journey I was excited but not daring to hope that it would really work for me personally. I could see from the experience of others that it was genuinely effective but, of course, being at the time a pessimist, I was just bound to be the exception that proved the rule wasn't true. Still, I was hopeful enough that I was going to give it a go. In the end I lost 14 kilos. I can't recommend Cura Romana too much. It really is life-changing in so many ways. It represents freedom and the re-discovery of joy. It is a positive and very practical way to re-integrate ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. I believe so much damage is caused by poor advice, miss-messages and commercial exploitation. Cura Romana should be on offer in every GP's surgery and Well Woman clinic in the land. The word WILL spread!

Leslie Kenton's Cura Romana has brought me clarity of mind, improved self-image and greater self-confidence than ever. The program is easier to stick to than you would ever imagine, and the results are so positive and so fast that continuing with it becomes a joy.
