There are so many things that I have taken away from my Cura Romana experience. Improved health, I feel and look so much better. Improved hormonal balance, all my menopausal symptoms have completely disappeared. And I have a greater sense of self-worth and am much less willing to make compromises. I discovered the nature of my true body size and shape and I actually like it now for the first time in my life. I have more vitality, I have a much higher level of self-confidence, I have much greater self-respect, I put myself first now. I only eat or do what's good for me and that is very empowering. I have a greater appreciation and willingness to honor my body's natural rhythms of dynamism and receptivity. If I am tired I sleep or rest now. I no longer run myself into the ground to achieve too much or please other people. I have a greater sense of my spirit being grounded in my body. I think the Cura Romana program works because Leslie & Aaron have integrated all of the different aspects of health, personal beliefs and expertise into one, holistic method which is why it benefits people so dramatically on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Cura Romana has now become a way of life for me. I consider this experience to be one of my life's greatest gifts.

I did the Cura Romana program and lost 14 kilos. There was nothing particularly hard about the process once I decided to do it. I am glad that I did it as it has enhanced my life in many areas. Physically I feel lighter and look better, emotionally and mentally I am much clearer about how I want to live my life now and so can make more courageous and appropriate decisions. The Cura Romana program worked for me, I got what I paid for.

I feel that Cura Romana is the start of the best chapter of my life so far. It has helped me come into the moment and launched me towards more fun, fitness, prosperity and love. Before beginning Cura Romana I was worried about fatigue, nausea, gauntness and my work, but I was excited about the prospect of realizing expanded beauty and vitality. The first couple of days I had an intermittent headache as my body was detoxing. I was hungry at times but able to move onwards very quickly and the hunger disappeared. After a week I realized that the program was completely transforming me on many levels. I felt confident with the program being absolutely right for me. I was emotionally calm, more tolerant of others and expanded spiritually already. In the end I lost 30 pounds and was absolutely delighted.

Before the first week of the program ended I knew that everything was working superbly well. Physically I was feeling good as well as emotionally and I was losing weight that I had not been able to shift ever before.

I am truly grateful for your wonderful support and encouragement as I took the exciting Cura Romana Journey. I thought it was just about losing weight, but how wrong I was. I addressed my addiction to food (that I did not even know I had), I connected with myself, I started loving my body probably for the first time, and have learned to say 'no' more often in my life. Oh, and I also lost 7 kilos. Now I am focused on my new relationship with food and am enjoying eating and planning meals. I don't let anyone or any situation sabotage me now as I feel I'm in control and have the ability and information to make healthy decisions for my wellbeing. This is an amazing program to work on many different levels of your body. The weight loss is a bonus in the process as the real change is that it helps you learn how to think and feel differently about food. I have lost 25 pounds in under 2 months. I feel different about food and have lost the cravings for sugar and starch. I am eating amazing healthy food and enjoying it! The Essential Spray with the weekly support from Aaron & Leslie really makes a difference. Their program supports all aspects of your health. I felt this was a very holistic approach to weight loss.

Thank you so much for making this program possible in my life. Cura Romana is not like a "diet" at all. It is so much more of a journey of self-realization. So first off - I have to say I haven't read this book. BUT I HAVE DONE THE PROGRAM! Last year I successfully did the plan under Leslie & Aaron's supervision. Leslie is a woman of the utmost integrity. The plan is much more than weight loss and it is the depth and breadth of Leslie's understanding of the areas of health, well-being and spirituality which made this plan of greater value than buying a remedy off the shelf. The plan works in a way which has to be seen to be believed - if you want to experience it, even better! Having completed the program in September I am now more in tune with my physical health than I have been for decades. I personally wouldn't have undertaken such a significant program without being coached through the process and I'm incredibly grateful to Leslie and Aaron for the superb program and support. Vitally this program is a re-education and could revolutionize the whole weightloss industry. It does require self-responsibility, but if you're up to the task you will have a renewed relationship with your body and yourself.

One of the really surprising things about this quite stringent diet regime is the fact that it's possible to follow it with, at first minimal, and later no hunger. I lost 24 lbs in three weeks virtually without effort or discomfort - weight loss of a kind that's impossible on other regimes. The principle agency bringing this about can only be the Essential Spray element... Almost as indispensable is, of course, the resources Leslie & Aaron have put together to guide you through the program.

Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone. My energy levels are terrific, I'm sleeping well and the zest for life is back. I haven't felt this good for years. How can a way of eating that makes anyone feel - and look - so full of vitality be unhealthy? I'm only half way there. At more than 12 stones, I still need to lose weight - I'm in the consolidation phase just now but planning to do another round of Cura Romana in April. But at last I feel I'm in control of my health and weight. Hope this is helpful to anyone thinking of trying it.

I have just finished the first 45 days of the Cura Romana program with excellent results, I have lost 31 pounds and I feel wonderful. I have tried every diet on the market but I have not felt as good as I have on this plan, both mentally and physically. My digestion has improved tremendously, I have so much more energy and I feel the best that I have in years. When I first learned about Cura Romana I was only interested in weight loss. I read on the Cura Romana website about other benefits of being on the Essential Spray + Food Plan and took in all the testimonials but I remained skeptical. I'd read some of Leslie's books, had practiced what she preached and been happy with the results so I decided to trust her again and began my Cura Romana journey. After a period of tiredness to begin with, a little bit of stomach irritation and some hunger I began to feel energy and vitality come back. My friends said I looked radiant. And along with this came a feeling of calm and equilibrium, and then a new feeling - a sense of catching hold of who I really was (and this may sound corny) the inner me joining the outer me so that the disparity between the two began to narrow, and a sense of inner truth emerged. And there's an added bonus, those changes also gave me a different and much more comfortable, positive, confident body image. Most important of all I began to experience insights and changes, all of them positive in my life.

For me this was a journey of discovery of myself, of weight loss, of well being and strength. I absolutely recommend this program to anyone serious about changing their life through weightloss, and more. Having lost over 10 kilos I feel fabulous and have friends who are amazed at my new look and new self.

I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". After I tried the bread (which is the type of dense, real bread, full of seed that I used to really love and was convinced I would still enjoy), I threw the rest of the loaf out for the birds. And I had a bite of biscuit and threw the rest of them in the bin. It's almost unheard of for me to throw food out - 'think of the starving in Africa' is what I had drilled into me in childhood. My Cura Romana Journey really has changed my relationship to food forever and I am so happy. Also I am unable to eat the quantities that I used to eat. I am satisfied and full on a lot less. Another victory!

One of my friends paid me a massive compliment at college today. He said, 'Can I say, I've never seen you so radiant. You've lost weight, yes, and that's marvelous, but you seem to shine from within. It's beautiful to see you, and you light up the room.' Isn't that amazing? I can't express in words how happy and grateful I am that you've helped me reach this place, Leslie & Aaron, so I am sending you both a big hug.

If you've ever despaired of being in control of your eating habits then I cannot recommend strongly enough that you try Cura Romana. Prior to my undertaking the Cura Romana program I was 42 pounds overweight and I often felt helpless and out of control, and despised myself for my lack of willpower when I was overcome by a craving for bread or pasta. Now, after losing 23 pounds and keeping it off, I feel much more respect for myself and I am proud of what I have achieved. I no longer have any food cravings, I no longer even enjoy bread and pasta, and I have absolutely no doubt that I will lose my remaining weight. Following Cura Romana was far easier than I could ever have imagined, and most importantly it's changed my relationship with food for ever. I just could not get over the clarity that I experienced on Cura Romana. I am not sure that I have ever felt that in my entire adult life. I took to getting rid of every piece of clutter and junk I had been holding on to. It was like I couldn't let go and now it's a clean slate, a new chapter in my life, emotionally as well as physically and I am never going back. I am happier than I have been for years.
