I am writing this from the viewpoint of an individual who has done the program twice. In my case it was a success as I lost 14 kilos the first time and a further 9 kilos the second time. My weight reduced from over 108 kilos to a more modest 85 making a total of 23 kilos lost. I am a qualified homeopath and it is for this reason that I decided to use the plan. For myself there is no doubt that this diet is effective and that the Essential Spray is safe. this is a fantastic program

This is the easiest and most rewarding weight loss plan I have ever followed and it is also the only time I believe that I can permanently maintain this weight. The rapid weight loss using the Essential Spray is great and I didn't feel hungry at all. This made it very easy to follow the plan. The kenton's coaching also really helped when I had questions or things that needed refining during the program. Over the whole 45 days of the program, I lost 13.3 kilos and a total of 95cms. I tried the cura romana and I have to say, it's the best diet I have ever tried, I won't try anything else from now one, I lost 32kg, an average of 500g a day. If you are ready to follow the protocol to the letter you will shed that weight like crazy and if please respect the maintenance phase and find some form of exercise you enjoy (which is the most important the maintenance phase that is) you will keep that weight off for good. I started running during the maintenance phase and I feel amazing, I have lots of energy, I am so much more confident,I lost 4 dress sizes, unfortunately you will have to change your all wardrobe. This program is fantastic. I have been frightened to attempt weight loss in the past as I feared failing at it. Do it Together!!

I'm just into week one; weighed 9st and now I'm 8st 8lbs.. Was a bit hungry but I guess that will serve me right for not 'feasting' properly the two days before:-( After a few days your energy will pick up and the recipes are great in the book; I improvised using different meats/fish or slightly changed flavourings. It's also a great help if you can do it with a friend or two as this encourages you more. You need to read the book first and ask yourself if you really can follow the plan which is rather regimented..as one of the girls in our group of four is struggling and on the verge of throwing in the towel!

I have read this book and followed the Cura Romana Weight Loss Plan twice now, and I would highly recommend both. The program outlined in this book enables the body to burn off stored fat at an amazingly fast rate (on average a half pound a day for women and one pound a day for men.) More than that, however, it takes you on a journey of personal growth where you come to appreciate your body - dare I say like it? - and discover who you are at a deeper level. I really do feel so well and if it's possible I think as each day passes I feel even better. Everything about me feels different, I was saying to myself I haven't felt this well since.....
