I have just finished the first 45 days of the Cura Romana program with excellent results, I have lost 31 pounds and I feel wonderful. I have tried every diet on the market but I have not felt as good as I have on this plan, both mentally and physically. My digestion has improved tremendously, I have so much more energy and I feel the best that I have in years. I cannot thank Leslie and Aaron enough for their continued support because I could not have done it without them. I am looking forward to the next step in the program to continue on this remarkable journey.

For me, Cura Romana is a profound transformation. It took me deeper into myself, right into the places that I needed to go but had not been able to access, and it demanded that I give them my care and attention. It allowed stuck energy patterns and ideas to begin to shift. My weight loss was really wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. My body is lean and toned now and my skin is glowing. On the program my skin was great. I had no adverse reactions except some initial tiredness. The hunger was never really an issue. My flow of physical energy was very good throughout. It was a time when I needed to work 13 hours a day with lots of physical work and I was fine. Occasionally I was hungry in a desiring way, but not as a sensation of lack of food. Emotionally I became very clear, not emotionally reactive, and I had an enhanced, clear perception of what my feelings were. Spiritually, because I had less to deal with physically and emotionally, I experienced a greater involvement in and gratitude for the present moment.

Cura Romana starts changing your life in momentous ways. It doesn't seem to matter if you are focused on the changes or not, they just roll ahead anyway. Apart from the obvious delight of the new, slim me, I feel myself deeply changed. For instance, in the areas of my life where I've been submissive, I've become assertive, without making a conscious choice about it. Putting myself first when it matters seems now to be my default. This alone is a marvelous development for me.

When I first learned about Cura Romana I was only interested in weight loss. I read on the Cura Romana website about other benefits of being on the Essential Spray + Food Plan and took in all the testimonials but I remained skeptical. I'd read some of Leslie's books, had practiced what she preached and been happy with the results so I decided to trust her again and began my Cura Romana journey. After a period of tiredness to begin with, a little bit of stomach irritation and some hunger I began to feel energy and vitality come back. My friends said I looked radiant. And along with this came a feeling of calm and equilibrium, and then a new feeling - a sense of catching hold of who I really was (and this may sound corny) the inner me joining the outer me so that the disparity between the two began to narrow, and a sense of inner truth emerged. And there's an added bonus, those changes also gave me a different and much more comfortable, positive, confident body image. Most important of all I began to experience insights and changes, all of them positive in my life.

This is the easiest and most rewarding weight loss plan I have ever followed and it is also the only time I believe that I can permanently maintain this weight. The rapid weight loss using the Essential Spray is great and I didn't feel hungry at all. This made it very easy to follow the plan. The kenton's coaching also really helped when I had questions or things that needed refining during the program. Over the whole 45 days of the program, I lost 13.3 kilos and a total of 95cms. I love my new body, new way of eating, and new way of being. The benefits of this program are physical, emotional and spiritual and I highly recommend it to anyone who has struggled with weight long-term as I had.

the first time I went on it I lost 9 kilos as I was quite overweight after a second child at 40. I have managed to keep my weight within reasonable levels since. I have eliminated a skin condition on my arms over the years due to using it. I recently was feeling awful after getting covid twice followed by influenza. In "Cura Romana" she has found an amazing tool in the work of Dr Arthur Simeons who after many years of clinical research decided that the tendency to obesity was the product of a faulty system rather than just the result of gluttony, and worked out a program to cure it. What Leslie has done is synthesize this method, expand and bring it up to date, and, most importantly, hone the method for keeping the weight off for life. (Always the depressing issue for those of us who have yo-yo dieted for most of their adult lives.) I think this book is brilliant. The system works on everyone - me, in my 60s, now wearing size 14 jeans for the first time in 30 years, (gosh its great not to have to describe myself as a fat person anymore!) my husband, who was highly skeptical - a friend in our village who lost 2 stone in 42 days and looks wonderful, and her 30 year old son who did the same thing. Leslie Kenton's Cura Romana is much more than a diet book - it's a genuine tool for personal transformation. I'm only sorry her publisher puts a quote about it being a "craze" - it's far more important and profound than that. PS. How I wish it had been available 30 years ago!

Cura Romana has been the most rewarding thing I've ever done for myself. Leslie and Aaron made the journey a pleasant one. It offered so much guidance, knowledge and support. When I stumbled upon Leslie's invitation on her website to learn more about Cura Romana I was excited by the very notion of combining a way of letting go permanently of the excess weight I have been carrying for many years with reaching into the authentic core of myself to see what awaited me. I found Cura Romana at exactly the right time in my life and it has fulfilled its every promise at every level. So first off - I have to say I haven't read this book. BUT I HAVE DONE THE PROGRAM! Last year I successfully did the plan under Leslie & Aaron's supervision. Leslie is a woman of the utmost integrity. The plan is much more than weight loss and it is the depth and breadth of Leslie's understanding of the areas of health, well-being and spirituality which made this plan of greater value than buying a remedy off the shelf. The plan works in a way which has to be seen to be believed - if you want to experience it, even better! Having completed the program in September I am now more in tune with my physical health than I have been for decades. I personally wouldn't have undertaken such a significant program without being coached through the process and I'm incredibly grateful to Leslie and Aaron for the superb program and support. Vitally this program is a re-education and could revolutionize the whole weightloss industry. It does require self-responsibility, but if you're up to the task you will have a renewed relationship with your body and yourself.

The Cura Romana Journey is an absolutely wonderful program which enabled me to move out of my comfort zone and achieve seemingly miraculous results with ease and support. It's helped me face my fears and learn to get on with life as a pleasure.
