I am truly grateful for your wonderful support and encouragement as I took the exciting Cura Romana Journey. I thought it was just about losing weight, but how wrong I was. I addressed my addiction to food (that I did not even know I had), I connected with myself, I started loving my body probably for the first time, and have learned to say 'no' more often in my life. Oh, and I also lost 7 kilos. Now I am focused on my new relationship with food and am enjoying eating and planning meals. I don't let anyone or any situation sabotage me now as I feel I'm in control and have the ability and information to make healthy decisions for my wellbeing. Thank you Leslie and Aaron again so much for all your knowledge and loving, gentle support.

I have actually completed the Cura Romana program and have nothing but praise for the program and for Leslie Kenton herself. Leslie's and Aaron's methods have helped me to become more in tune with my body and the way it behaves and Leslie's guidance has identified areas that I would never have thought of (e.g. food allergies), whilst I've never been happier and more at ease with myself. And to top all this off, I still managed to lose 8 kilos and keep it off because of the methods that Leslie and Aaron use! I have learnt a lot from Leslie, she is a very knowledgable woman and one I will be forever grateful to for the gift she has given me.

For me, the Cura Romana Journey was what I had been waiting for for a long time. It was the answer to a question I had put out in the universe and it was answered fully. It changed my perception of eating and taught me how precious, clever and technical my body was, as well as showing me that my body answers me - whatever I think or eat. We need to know what we are putting into our body. It is all we have, and we must look after it.

Before beginning Cura Romana I was excited. I had some trepidation, too, as I'd been on many diet plans without long-term success. I was hungry the first week and then at odd moments throughout the program but I made myself drink more herbal tea, meditate, garden etc, and the hunger was managed. Two weeks into the program I felt an absolute knowing that this program would work. My body enjoyed the holiday. I felt extremely focused and self-empowered. I gained more confidence. I kept thanking my body for all that it's done for me in the last 55 years.

Cura Romana is a first class approach to weight loss. I was most grateful for a thoughtful Consolidation program which allowed for lifestyle change integration and a more conscious relationship between my body and mind. I was also grateful for such an intelligent presentation and mindful coaching along the way.

Your body goes through a significant amount of change in the first few days. I had a slight feeling of fuzziness, a bit like jet lag, in those first couple of days. I had no headaches which may be because I cut back on coffee and eliminated alcohol about a week before I started. After the first week I had heaps of energy and was really relaxed and focused. I became very calm, clear-thinking and happy with my life.

Thank you for all support ,really helpful guidance and feedback .I've learned so much about a better way of eating and what my body likes and doesn't. I'm now maintained at 58kg. I am very happy at this weight . It feels better and I will now have my prediabetic sugar level test in another 2 weeks as advised by GP .I told them about the fasting and food program . I don't notice any heavy food cravings and feel easily satisfied and nourished . Everything tastes fantastic also! This is an amazing program and I have told others who were interested about it . I have also completed the program under Leslie's & Aaron's supervision and if you follow the methodology correctly it's a painless and effective way of losing weight in all the right places. At the same time I gained energy, a new understanding of what foods are right for me and what aren't, and a new appreciation of my body! Whilst eating much less than usual, with the Essential Spray I never felt hungry! It requires discipline but it works! And the effects are immediate and long term. I am very happy with where Cura Romana has brought me now and with all the support given by Aaron & Leslie. I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". After I tried the bread (which is the type of dense, real bread, full of seed that I used to really love and was convinced I would still enjoy), I threw the rest of the loaf out for the birds. And I had a bite of biscuit and threw the rest of them in the bin. It's almost unheard of for me to throw food out - 'think of the starving in Africa' is what I had drilled into me in childhood. My Cura Romana Journey really has changed my relationship to food forever and I am so happy. Also I am unable to eat the quantities that I used to eat. I am satisfied and full on a lot less. Another victory!
