So first off - I have to say I haven't read this book. BUT I HAVE DONE THE PROGRAM! Last year I successfully did the plan under Leslie & Aaron's supervision. Leslie is a woman of the utmost integrity. The plan is much more than weight loss and it is the depth and breadth of Leslie's understanding of the areas of health, well-being and spirituality which made this plan of greater value than buying a remedy off the shelf. The plan works in a way which has to be seen to be believed - if you want to experience it, even better! Having completed the program in September I am now more in tune with my physical health than I have been for decades. I personally wouldn't have undertaken such a significant program without being coached through the process and I'm incredibly grateful to Leslie and Aaron for the superb program and support. Vitally this program is a re-education and could revolutionize the whole weightloss industry. It does require self-responsibility, but if you're up to the task you will have a renewed relationship with your body and yourself.

This is one of the best treatments for obesity that I have come across in my life of 30 years of trying to lose weight, and it is the first time I have lost weight of such a significant amount - 20lbs - and without feeling hungry, tired or ratty. It has given me so much energy, and I lost weight in all the right places i.e., the inessential fat and not the essential fat, and it is permanent - on other diets, one loses essential fat and feels absolutely exhausted and it is not permanent. If there appears that something isn't quite right, do not assume that the product is rubbish, just contact the seller and they will replace your product. If you have weight loss stalls whilst following the protocol to the letter, please remember that FAT MOVES. It will move from your hips to somewhere where your body needs it either to be used as fuel buring the protocol either for after you finish the protocol. It moves it from an innaccessible sore to an accessible one. Even your wrinkles will get filled so do not worry. THIS IS NOT A HORMONE!!! Never mess around taking hormones. This spray uses same neuro pathway and neuro centre as the HCG and has the same effect as the HCG but IS NOT a hormone. One downside: once you identified foods you should not eat during consolidation, you do have to stop eating them. You cannot go back to your former way of earting. Do not undertake this protocol if you are not serious about giving up those favourite foods that caused you to put on weight (and never get it off) in the first place... I am so glad I found this programme, the weight just comes off every day. This is my 3rd round and I have lost @ 4.4 stone since April this year. I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I really do feel so well and if it's possible I think as each day passes I feel even better. Everything about me feels different, I was saying to myself I haven't felt this well since..... And I couldn't put a time on it because to be honest I have never felt like this. I've never felt so good in my body even when I thought I was well! And due to traumas in my life from an early age and right through my childhood, I totally disconnected from myself, feeling the weight of it in every aspect of my being never really experiencing my true nature until now. clarity of thinking

During this detox I have really noticed how I have had a hugely strong emotional connection to food. My energy has increased as too has my clarity of thinking. I am much happier with this. no longer a "bread junky"

I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". After I tried the bread (which is the type of dense, real bread, full of seed that I used to really love and was convinced I would still enjoy), I threw the rest of the loaf out for the birds. And I had a bite of biscuit and threw the rest of them in the bin. It's almost unheard of for me to throw food out - 'think of the starving in Africa' is what I had drilled into me in childhood. Was good really. I lost abt 6 pounds in th first week unfortunately I didn't do that well with the diet but im sure if i followed it properly i would have lost alot more than i did. Only problem i had is the number of times you have to spray during the day.

When I first learned about Cura Romana I was only interested in weight loss. On the program my skin was great. I had no adverse reactions except some initial tiredness. The hunger was never really an issue. My flow of physical energy was very good throughout. I am glad that I did it
