Life-transforming is the most accurate description I can give of Leslie Kenton's Cura Romana. Rapid and sustainable weightloss, improved body shape, and a revolution in my relationship with food is a lot to obtain in such a short time. Prior to starting the program I was very nervous that it wouldn't work for me. Not only did all the physical changes occur but I've experienced a clearing of my very spirit - weight loss for the soul and a much deeper understanding of who I am and what I am here for. In short, Cura Romana is miraculous and worth everything you put into it.

Cura Romana has provided much more than I initially expected. At first I thought this looked like just a weightloss program. I needed to lose weight I could not budge. Instead it has provided a greater insight into me. Cura Romana has set me up for the rest of my life. This is not a quick fix but a sustained burn for living. With the help and support of Leslie and Aaron I am seeing clearly the woman I have always wanted to be but somehow I had lost touch with along the way.

the first time I went on it I lost 9 kilos as I was quite overweight after a second child at 40. I have managed to keep my weight within reasonable levels since. I have eliminated a skin condition on my arms over the years due to using it. I recently was feeling awful after getting covid twice followed by influenza. I was exhausted and catching illness easily. I also put on weight. The Doctor said I have long covid. I went on the sprays for 2 weeks and have felt better than I had since early June, and feel like I'm well again. I've always noted the difference in my mental clarity and feeling happier and have more energy on the program.

As someone who has tried many diets over the years with varying degrees of success, I found the Cura Romana Journey very different from all of them. This time I lost the cravings and addictive eating behavior and they have never returned. I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". After I tried the bread (which is the type of dense, real bread, full of seed that I used to really love and was convinced I would still enjoy), I threw the rest of the loaf out for the birds. And I had a bite of biscuit and threw the rest of them in the bin. It's almost unheard of for me to throw food out - 'think of the starving in Africa' is what I had drilled into me in childhood. My Cura Romana Journey really has changed my relationship to food forever and I am so happy. Also I am unable to eat the quantities that I used to eat. I am satisfied and full on a lot less. Another victory!

I have reviewed, and tried, many diets and most of them have their good points. What is so effective about Cura Romana is that you lose weight, feel good and maintain the weight loss. It is not a quick fix but a new attitude and approach to eating and certainly I achieved my goal weight on the plan, something I have not managed to do before. An integral part of the plan is The Essential Spray. The program has been designed to work synergistically and I certainly found the spray made a substantial difference to retraining my appetite. If you want a healthy way to lose weight then this has been well thought out and researched.

This is one of the best treatments for obesity that I have come across in my life of 30 years of trying to lose weight, and it is the first time I have lost weight of such a significant amount - 20lbs - and without feeling hungry, tired or ratty. It has given me so much energy, and I lost weight in all the right places i.e., the inessential fat and not the essential fat, and it is permanent - on other diets, one loses essential fat and feels absolutely exhausted and it is not permanent. For me personally, it wasn't just about losing weight, but a transformation and personal growth - I learned to honor my body and respect it and not fill it with rubbish - after all would one put diesel in a Rolls Royce? Then why do we put such rubbish into our amazing and beautiful bodies? I would highly recommend it to anyone, and it is not just a diet but a treatment for obesity, that is so prevalent in our society today - this needs to be put on the NHS - it is a truly wonderful treatment and it works... without any crazy eating fads... just straight forward healthy eating. This works really well alongside Leslie & Aaron's excellent mentoring via the audios every day, if you want to lose weight, get healthy, and want to be full of energy and joie de vivre, then do this weightloss plan, you are in very safe hands. Whilst doing this plan you will also be embarking on an amazing spiritual journey.

This has been an amazing program, it has been the only thing that has helped shift my weight in the right direction, so it’s been so nice to start to feel like myself again and to start to look like myself again. I seriously can not thank you enough! I feel so much more emotionally lighter as well now. So again thank you for all your help, wise words, support and encouragement!

I really do feel so well and if it's possible I think as each day passes I feel even better. Everything about me feels different, I was saying to myself I haven't felt this well since..... And I couldn't put a time on it because to be honest I have never felt like this. I've never felt so good in my body even when I thought I was well! And due to traumas in my life from an early age and right through my childhood, I totally disconnected from myself, feeling the weight of it in every aspect of my being never really experiencing my true nature until now. I'm so grateful to look into my own eyes and greet myself with love and honour.... I feel like I have arrived home, safely held in the arms of grace and for now I'm in the sacred space of Inbetween...... With an understanding of the value of Inbetween, in contemplation of the blessings bestowed upon me.....

I have also completed the program under Leslie's & Aaron's supervision and if you follow the methodology correctly it's a painless and effective way of losing weight in all the right places. At the same time I gained energy, a new understanding of what foods are right for me and what aren't, and a new appreciation of my body! Whilst eating much less than usual, with the Essential Spray I never felt hungry! It requires discipline but it works! And the effects are immediate and long term. And there were no negative side effects! I am not a diet person but this program felt right and I was amazed by the results. Cura Romana has transformed me. It's been life changing... and I really didn't think it was possible. I had tried everything. Physically I have lost weight and gained shape and feel so much healthier. And my hot flushes that I had for at least 10 years are hardly noticeable at all now. Mentally I am more alert, get more done and cope with pressure better. Emotionally I no longer have the rollercoaster ups and downs. I feel I am in balance at last. Spiritually I've grown. Cura Romana certainly worked for me. It will work for anyone who wants to lose weight permanently, easily and naturally. It helps you see the relationship between food in your body, the logical way it functions and the cause and effects of the choices we make. I appreciated the factual explanations about the program and all the relevant background material and advice provided. Before beginning my Cura Romana Journey I was excited but not daring to hope that it would really work for me personally. I could see from the experience of others that it was genuinely effective but, of course, being at the time a pessimist, I was just bound to be the exception that proved the rule wasn't true. Still, I was hopeful enough that I was going to give it a go. In the end I lost 14 kilos. I can't recommend Cura Romana too much. It really is life-changing in so many ways. It represents freedom and the re-discovery of joy. It is a positive and very practical way to re-integrate ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. I believe so much damage is caused by poor advice, miss-messages and commercial exploitation. Cura Romana should be on offer in every GP's surgery and Well Woman clinic in the land. The word WILL spread!

I have read this book and followed the Cura Romana Weight Loss Plan twice now, and I would highly recommend both. The program outlined in this book enables the body to burn off stored fat at an amazingly fast rate (on average a half pound a day for women and one pound a day for men.) More than that, however, it takes you on a journey of personal growth where you come to appreciate your body - dare I say like it? - and discover who you are at a deeper level. I'm in my mid 40s, and it helped me lose those stubborn extra 10 pounds and feel about 20 years younger. Aches and pains gone, skin radiant, energy levels soaring. I encourage anyone who has struggled with hopelessness around excess weight to pick up this book and discover the indescribable transformation that it can bring.

The most important gift I took away from Cura Romana is the knowledge that I am valuable and deserve the very best care for my whole person. I feel better about me, more confident.
