Since Cura Romana, emotionally I have felt calmer despite some enormously demanding events in my life. I have felt more in tune with my body, I have been more aware of the link between my body and who I am at the very deepest level of my being.

The weight loss is a bonus in the process as the real change is that it helps you learn how to think and feel differently about food. I have lost 25 pounds in under 2 months. Before beginning my Cura Romana Journey I was excited but not daring to hope that it would really work for me personally. I could see from the experience of others that it was genuinely effective but, of course, being at the time a pessimist, I was just bound to be the exception that proved the rule wasn't true. Still, I was hopeful enough that I was going to give it a go. In the end I lost 14 kilos. I can't recommend Cura Romana too much. It really is life-changing in so many ways. It represents freedom and the re-discovery of joy. It is a positive and very practical way to re-integrate ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. I believe so much damage is caused by poor advice, miss-messages and commercial exploitation. Cura Romana should be on offer in every GP's surgery and Well Woman clinic in the land. The word WILL spread!

Before beginning Cura Romana I felt excited but at the same time a little anxious that it might not succeed for me. I was very motivated, however, especially when I witnessed such a marked weightloss. Sometimes I felt a little hungry but I allowed myself a large apple and orange and really savored them. My weightloss continued to make me feel elated. This brought with it a sense of confidence, satisfaction and anticipation of even better things to come in my life. I felt a great sense of calmness and a desire to slow down and spend more time by myself. Physically it was a joy to feel lighter and more flexible and to have clothes feeling lose.

Before doing Cura Romana I thought I was doing everything right with my diet and exercise program. However, I was still gaining weight. I know now that I was 'way off the mark'. Only with Cura Romana was I successful in reducing my weight. However, Cura Romana offers so much more than weightloss. As with most things in life you need to have a good coach like Leslie & Aaron alongside of you to get the best results.

Before I began Cura Romana the theory behind this diet made complete sense to me - it made me realize that all the failures that I'd experienced in the past with dieting were probably not my fault, and this was a huge relief. Once I had spoken to Leslie & Aaron I was totally convinced that this was the only way that I could achieve lasting weightloss. Not for one moment did I think the program would not work and I was really excited and couldn't wait to get started.

This is one of the best treatments for obesity that I have come across in my life of 30 years of trying to lose weight, and it is the first time I have lost weight of such a significant amount - 20lbs - and without feeling hungry, tired or ratty. It has given me so much energy, and I lost weight in all the right places i.e., the inessential fat and not the essential fat, and it is permanent - on other diets, one loses essential fat and feels absolutely exhausted and it is not permanent. For me personally, it wasn't just about losing weight, but a transformation and personal growth - I learned to honor my body and respect it and not fill it with rubbish - after all would one put diesel in a Rolls Royce? Then why do we put such rubbish into our amazing and beautiful bodies? I would highly recommend it to anyone, and it is not just a diet but a treatment for obesity, that is so prevalent in our society today - this needs to be put on the NHS - it is a truly wonderful treatment and it works... without any crazy eating fads... just straight forward healthy eating. This works really well alongside Leslie & Aaron's excellent mentoring via the audios every day, if you want to lose weight, get healthy, and want to be full of energy and joie de vivre, then do this weightloss plan, you are in very safe hands. Whilst doing this plan you will also be embarking on an amazing spiritual journey.

I have just finished the first 45 days of the Cura Romana program with excellent results, I have lost 31 pounds and I feel wonderful. I have tried every diet on the market but I have not felt as good as I have on this plan, both mentally and physically. Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone. My energy levels are terrific, I'm sleeping well and the zest for life is back. I haven't felt this good for years. There are so many things that I have taken away from my Cura Romana experience. Improved health, I feel and look so much better. Improved hormonal balance, all my menopausal symptoms have completely disappeared. And I have a greater sense of self-worth and am much less willing to make compromises. Cura Romana has now become a way of life for me. I consider this experience to be one of my life's greatest gifts.
