As an energy medicine practitioner (specifically Chinese acupuncture) I was intrigued and cautiously delighted to find the Cura Romana diet which approaches weightloss multi-dimensionally rather than just physically. This was very attractive to me. I have my own weight issues (practitioners aren't immune lol) and I felt able to commit to this programme, even if only as an intriguing experiement. Frankly I'm delighted with the results. I didn't lose woodles of weight, but exactly as described, what I did lose came off my belly and my rump and I haven't got any nasty sagging as a result. Even more importantly, I absolutely know the homeopathic spray has played a defining role in this and I will definitely do it again. For me this offers a steady, sustainable and authentic way of reversing weight gain and improving health in a myriad of ways. It offers a way to clean up one's system on many levels with the weightloss almost a bonus. I didn't fnd it easy at first as the program requires strict adherence but the long term gain, for me at least, is priceless. I tried the cura romana and I have to say, it's the best diet I have ever tried, I won't try anything else from now one, I lost 32kg, an average of 500g a day. If you are ready to follow the protocol to the letter you will shed that weight like crazy and if please respect the maintenance phase and find some form of exercise you enjoy (which is the most important the maintenance phase that is) you will keep that weight off for good. I started running during the maintenance phase and I feel amazing, I have lots of energy, I am so much more confident,I lost 4 dress sizes, unfortunately you will have to change your all wardrobe. Dont think too much try it for your self you will be amazed.

It’s a focused and overall health and mind program, not just a weight loss program. I think people find Cura Romana holistically/spiritually to help them on their journey to discovery and recovery

This has changed my life and showed me how to regain power over my health my shape and my wellbeing. A short review couldn't possibly cover all of what HCG can open up for you. It's not the end point though. For me it was the beginning of getting into my body and mind to free it up to feel comfortable in my skin. Stress poor diet genes hereditary and environmental causes lead to imbalance but mostly just not being in yourself enough to get why or what is changing. You can and should only do it if you have the time and sense to fully research the product the supporting supplements and understand your weight blood type and mental wellbeing. It's all naturally interlinked and unless you approach this with a mature committed head you aren't going to feel and see all the benefits. It's far more then just loosing weight!

I am so glad I found this programme, the weight just comes off every day. This is my 3rd round and I have lost @ 4.4 stone since April this year. I haven’t mastered the consolidation period yet, but I will just keep trying to get it right for me. I know it’ll work if I stick to it, and only eat what my body wants. This is the only thing that has ever worked for me, I wish I had found it years ago. I also have more energy, I am more relaxed and I’m generally able to cope with life much better on this plan.
