Before beginning Cura Romana I felt excited but at the same time a little anxious that it might not succeed for me. I was very motivated, however, especially when I witnessed such a marked weightloss. Sometimes I felt a little hungry but I allowed myself a large apple and orange and really savored them. My weightloss continued to make me feel elated. This brought with it a sense of confidence, satisfaction and anticipation of even better things to come in my life. I felt a great sense of calmness and a desire to slow down and spend more time by myself. Physically it was a joy to feel lighter and more flexible and to have clothes feeling lose.

Cura Romana has transformed me. It's been life changing... and I really didn't think it was possible. I had tried everything. Physically I have lost weight and gained shape and feel so much healthier. And my hot flushes that I had for at least 10 years are hardly noticeable at all now. Mentally I am more alert, get more done and cope with pressure better. Emotionally I no longer have the rollercoaster ups and downs. I feel I am in balance at last. Spiritually I've grown. I have an inner calm. I feel so in tune with everything around me and just enjoy life so much.

I just could not get over the clarity that I experienced on Cura Romana. I am not sure that I have ever felt that in my entire adult life. I took to getting rid of every piece of clutter and junk I had been holding on to. It was like I couldn't let go and now it's a clean slate, a new chapter in my life, emotionally as well as physically and I am never going back. I am happier than I have been for years. I have a calmness and a stillness that I don't think I ever experienced before. Emotional baggage that I was harbouring and carrying around is just leaving me. I get up every day looking forward with confidence and a light heart and can truly give thanks.

The first three days on the Essential Spray + Food Plan were the most challenging for me with all sorts of things happening - a headache, dizziness at one stage but nothing serious. Then everything just settled down. I quickly began to notice an increased alertness. My sleep became much better and I awakened feeling more rested. I had better overall energy. By the second week I was feeling really good about the process. I was losing weight, not struggling at all with the food plan, and I was highly motivated to stick to the plan in a way I have never felt before. Emotionally I felt buoyant throughout the whole program. Physically I got better and better all the time. Spiritually I had some real 'ah has' around clarity of thought, my life direction, going into the stillness, and feeling much better aligned on my spiritual path.

I felt incredibly well on the diet and had boundless energy throughout. I immediately lost all cravings for processed foods and my palate quickly appreciated healthy choices. Excellent for those of us who have yo-yo dieted and are dismayed by the prospect of losing a lot of weight YET AGAIN...and offers hope and sound advice for KEEPING it off for good! Another huge plus for me was that I had lost weight practically every single day, which was hugely encouraging and inspiring.

How do I feel in myself? God damned fantastic! Layers of dross seem to be peeling off me at every level. So I feel lighter, in almost every way. I am full of hope and optimism that the future is packed with new things just over the horizon and I feel that I am focused more on what is good about my life than what is missing from it, as I used to be. Occasionally this feeling verges on euphoria. Rest assured, however, my feet are firmly on the ground.

Cura Romana starts changing your life in momentous ways. It doesn't seem to matter if you are focused on the changes or not, they just roll ahead anyway. Apart from the obvious delight of the new, slim me, I feel myself deeply changed. For instance, in the areas of my life where I've been submissive, I've become assertive, without making a conscious choice about it. Putting myself first when it matters seems now to be my default. This alone is a marvelous development for me.

This is one of the best treatments for obesity that I have come across in my life of 30 years of trying to lose weight, and it is the first time I have lost weight of such a significant amount - 20lbs - and without feeling hungry, tired or ratty. It has given me so much energy, and I lost weight in all the right places i.e., the inessential fat and not the essential fat, and it is permanent - on other diets, one loses essential fat and feels absolutely exhausted and it is not permanent. For me personally, it wasn't just about losing weight, but a transformation and personal growth - I learned to honor my body and respect it and not fill it with rubbish - after all would one put diesel in a Rolls Royce? Then why do we put such rubbish into our amazing and beautiful bodies? I would highly recommend it to anyone, and it is not just a diet but a treatment for obesity, that is so prevalent in our society today - this needs to be put on the NHS - it is a truly wonderful treatment and it works... without any crazy eating fads... just straight forward healthy eating. This works really well alongside Leslie & Aaron's excellent mentoring via the audios every day, if you want to lose weight, get healthy, and want to be full of energy and joie de vivre, then do this weightloss plan, you are in very safe hands. Whilst doing this plan you will also be embarking on an amazing spiritual journey.

I have actually completed the Cura Romana program and have nothing but praise for the program and for Leslie Kenton herself. Leslie's and Aaron's methods have helped me to become more in tune with my body and the way it behaves and Leslie's guidance has identified areas that I would never have thought of (e.g. food allergies), whilst I've never been happier and more at ease with myself. And to top all this off, I still managed to lose 8 kilos and keep it off because of the methods that Leslie and Aaron use! I have learnt a lot from Leslie, she is a very knowledgable woman and one I will be forever grateful to for the gift she has given me.

It is impossible to say just how impactful Cura Romana can be on your life. It is utterly amazing how simple, effective and calming Cura Romana is. I am just coming to the end of my second Cura Romana journey and I'm 50 pounds lighter and healthier and more vital in every way. It's the only diet that works at a deep enough level to be truly sustainable. It gives you the chance to take full control of your health and food choices. In short, Cura Romana can set you free!

Cura Romana was a unique experience that I would recommend to everyone. It completely transformed my life. I am free of cravings and food addictions. I have learned how to enjoy my food, and chocolate. My energy levels are much higher and I look and feel so much younger. Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone. My energy levels are terrific, I'm sleeping well and the zest for life is back. I haven't felt this good for years. When I first learned about Cura Romana I was only interested in weight loss. I read on the Cura Romana website about other benefits of being on the Essential Spray + Food Plan and took in all the testimonials but I remained skeptical. I'd read some of Leslie's books, had practiced what she preached and been happy with the results so I decided to trust her again and began my Cura Romana journey. After a period of tiredness to begin with, a little bit of stomach irritation and some hunger I began to feel energy and vitality come back. My friends said I looked radiant. And along with this came a feeling of calm and equilibrium, and then a new feeling - a sense of catching hold of who I really was (and this may sound corny) the inner me joining the outer me so that the disparity between the two began to narrow, and a sense of inner truth emerged. And there's an added bonus, those changes also gave me a different and much more comfortable, positive, confident body image. Most important of all I began to experience insights and changes, all of them positive in my life.

For me this was a journey of discovery of myself, of weight loss, of well being and strength. I absolutely recommend this program to anyone serious about changing their life through weightloss, and more. Having lost over 10 kilos I feel fabulous and have friends who are amazed at my new look and new self.

the first time I went on it I lost 9 kilos as I was quite overweight after a second child at 40. I have managed to keep my weight within reasonable levels since. I have eliminated a skin condition on my arms over the years due to using it. I recently was feeling awful after getting covid twice followed by influenza. I was exhausted and catching illness easily. I also put on weight. The Doctor said I have long covid.
