Before doing Cura Romana I thought I was doing everything right with my diet and exercise program. However, I was still gaining weight. I know now that I was 'way off the mark'. Only with Cura Romana was I successful in reducing my weight. However, Cura Romana offers so much more than weightloss. I definitely feel Cura Romana is different than any other weightloss protocol. My enthusiasm, vitality and creativity has increased immeasurably. I am enjoying life more, I am more organized, I thought that a part of my life had died when I reached menopause, and now I have regained my life. I feel alive again.

For me, the Cura Romana Journey was what I had been waiting for for a long time. It was the answer to a question I had put out in the universe and it was answered fully. It changed my perception of eating and taught me how precious, clever and technical my body was, as well as showing me that my body answers me - whatever I think or eat. Cura Romana has been a journey of transformation on many levels. I lost 31 pounds, three dress sizes, and accessed a level of energy I never dreamed possible. I feel grounded in my body, clear in my mind and connected in my spirit. I know that I have been on far more than a weightloss program. I have been on a journey back to my authentic self. Before beginning Cura Romana I felt very excited, confident and full of anticipation over what was to come. I knew without doubt that the program would work for me and I was very eager to start. I'd recently concluded that I needed to nurture myself and this was my gift to me, to enable me to find 'the old me' that I had lost contact with over recent years. On the program I lost 22.6 pounds and by the end I discovered I actually liked myself again. I feel such self-respect for what I have achieved in restoring my body to its former extremely fit and healthy state. I have a stronger sense of being grounded and living fully my life and a greatly improved self-confidence.

Since Cura Romana, emotionally I have felt calmer despite some enormously demanding events in my life. I have felt more in tune with my body, I have been more aware of the link between my body and who I am at the very deepest level of my being.

How do I feel in myself? God damned fantastic! Layers of dross seem to be peeling off me at every level. So I feel lighter, in almost every way. I am full of hope and optimism that the future is packed with new things just over the horizon and I feel that I am focused more on what is good about my life than what is missing from it, as I used to be. I just could not get over the clarity that I experienced on Cura Romana. I am not sure that I have ever felt that in my entire adult life. I took to getting rid of every piece of clutter and junk I had been holding on to. It was like I couldn't let go and now it's a clean slate, a new chapter in my life, emotionally as well as physically and I am never going back. I am happier than I have been for years. I have done the program and have been amazed at the results. Initially I thought it sounded a bit too good to be true. Before I began Cura Romana I was anxious as to whether 'I' could do this or not. Anxious, too, that even if I lost weight could I sustain it. Yet excited about finally getting back to the person I know I am. Physically my weight loss was very fast and the lightness in my body and energy this created was astounding. Emotionally my confidence in myself was restored without even realizing that this was happening. I am told I am walking taller these days. Spiritually my sense of gratitude is blossoming daily. This program is fantastic. I have been frightened to attempt weight loss in the past as I feared failing at it. I thought that Cura Romana seemed too good to be true but I'm so glad I followed the pull to do it. The program was easy to follow, incredibly effective, and with my new-found knowledge of the way my body works I continued to lose weight even throughout Consolidation. I loved the Consolidation program, the materials were fantastic and I refer to them on a regular basis. The recipes are great, especially the ones for linseed crackers which were a lifesaver. I still make them. My scales have now become my friends, after avoiding them the whole of my adult life. Leslie's support and all the resources she provided me with have been invaluable. On the program my skin was great. I had no adverse reactions except some initial tiredness. The hunger was never really an issue. My flow of physical energy was very good throughout. It was a time when I needed to work 13 hours a day with lots of physical work and I was fine. Occasionally I was hungry in a desiring way, but not as a sensation of lack of food. Emotionally I became very clear, not emotionally reactive, and I had an enhanced, clear perception of what my feelings were. Spiritually, because I had less to deal with physically and emotionally, I experienced a greater involvement in and gratitude for the present moment.

I have successfully shed 12 lbs this time and reached my target which I am delighted about. I did the programme a few years ago and shed a stone AND it cleared my thyroid issue! I was able to stop taking the thyroid pills; how amazing is that?

The first three days on the Essential Spray + Food Plan were the most challenging for me with all sorts of things happening - a headache, dizziness at one stage but nothing serious.
