The first three days on the Essential Spray + Food Plan were the most challenging for me with all sorts of things happening - a headache, dizziness at one stage but nothing serious. Then everything just settled down. I quickly began to notice an increased alertness. My sleep became much better and I awakened feeling more rested. I had better overall energy. By the second week I was feeling really good about the process. My third time on Cura Romana

The first two times I bought Cura Romana sprays to do the diet, I got them from Helios homeopathic pharmacy as I was put off by a couple of negative reviews here on Amazon about the quality amd taste of the spray. But this time, following a lot more recent postive reviews, I thought I'd give it a try from here and I am not disappointed - in fact I am sure it's the same product. The only disadvantage is that you have to buy two at a time here, whereas if you only need one, Helios will sell you just that, though will charge P&P on top. Note: Leslie Kenton tells you that you need two sprays per go, four times a day, but last time I did Cura Romana I discovered that I got exactly the same effects with just one spray - one pump instead of two I mean - under the tongue, in a clean mouth, and held for a few seconds before swallowing. After all, it's homeopathic, so less is more! As long as you get a good spray and contact under the tongue, one will achieve exactly the same results. I did my second Cura Romana protocol with only one bottle, which saved me £25. You will of course need more if you continue beyond the 3 1/2 weeks. If you are going to do this diet please note that you need to follow the protocol exactly and to the letter. I suspect that the few negative reviews for this product come from people who did not do so - it's easy to overlook something. Buy Leslie's book, follow the rules, it works like a dream. No hunger, rapid and safe weightloss, reshaping of your body and loss of those hard-to-shift wobbly bits. OK it's not well written nor laid out that well but it does contain all the information you need. Also read Dr Simeon's papers (the inventor of Cura Romana) online so that you understand the core principles. The only reason I am doing Cura Romana a third time is that after the second time I was unable to do the consolidation phase properly and after that I got cravings for the wrong things, then kind of gave up over winter, ate everything I shouldn't, and started putting the weight back on again. But I have never regained the weight lost from the first time around, and this time it's dropping again with ease - so far a steady 1lb a day (As a vegetarian and not very overweight in the first place, I never managed that quick a loss before). I expect to be at or close to my target weight after this go.

After cortisone treatment for asthma about ten years ago, I gained some 30 pounds, and despite various diets was unable to lose the last fifteeen. With Cura Romana I shed those persistent pounds effortlessly. More importantly, I have kept them off without being 'on a diet'. This spray is part of the protocol in order to complete the best weight loss plan I have ever done.....I felt no hunger on this plan at all....spray under your tongue four times a day....taste???? well not unpleasant..sort of invigorating..... I have finally found the answer to a problem that has plagued me all my life....weight gain....that seems out of control...also cravings ....cant eat just one biscuit got to have the whole packet.....not any more....this is definitely one weightloss plan that works....and gives you the solution for keeping it off....I have tried all the diets over the years...grapefruit, egg, cabbage soup,weight watchers, slimming world, atkins, etc.....so good to have one that gives the solution to keeping it off FOR GOOD. I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". I have reviewed, and tried, many diets and most of them have their good points. What is so effective about Cura Romana is that you lose weight, feel good and maintain the weight loss. It is not a quick fix but a new attitude and approach to eating and certainly I achieved my goal weight on the plan, something I have not managed to do before. I am writing this from the viewpoint of an individual who has done the program twice. In my case it was a success as I lost 14 kilos the first time and a further 9 kilos the second time. I have reviewed, and tried, many diets and most of them have their good points. What is so effective about Cura Romana is that you lose weight, feel good and maintain the weight loss. It is not a quick fix but a new attitude and approach to eating and certainly I achieved my goal weight on the plan, something I have not managed to do before. An integral part of the plan is The Essential Spray. The program has been designed to work synergistically and I certainly found the spray made a substantial difference to retraining my appetite. If you want a healthy way to lose weight then this has been well thought out and researched.

I feel that Cura Romana is the start of the best chapter of my life so far. It has helped me come into the moment and launched me towards more fun, fitness, prosperity and love. I am writing this from the viewpoint of an individual who has done the program twice. In my case it was a success as I lost 14 kilos the first time and a further 9 kilos the second time. My weight reduced from over 108 kilos to a more modest 85 making a total of 23 kilos lost. I am a qualified homeopath and it is for this reason that I decided to use the plan.
