Thank you so much for making this program possible in my life. Cura Romana is not like a "diet" at all. It is so much more of a journey of self-realization. I now feel like I'm honoring my body and doing good for my life. The experience that I have been through on my Cura Romana Journey has brought it home so clearly that we must never take the continuing health of our body for granted.

On the program my skin was great. I had no adverse reactions except some initial tiredness. The hunger was never really an issue. My flow of physical energy was very good throughout. It was a time when I needed to work 13 hours a day with lots of physical work and I was fine. Occasionally I was hungry in a desiring way, but not as a sensation of lack of food. Emotionally I became very clear, not emotionally reactive, and I had an enhanced, clear perception of what my feelings were. Spiritually, because I had less to deal with physically and emotionally, I experienced a greater involvement in and gratitude for the present moment.

For me, Cura Romana is a profound transformation. It took me deeper into myself, right into the places that I needed to go but had not been able to access, and it demanded that I give them my care and attention. It allowed stuck energy patterns and ideas to begin to shift. My weight loss was really wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. My body is lean and toned now and my skin is glowing. But I think that the program is so much deeper than that. The weightloss seems to be a by-product of a process of cleansing and rebalancing of the whole self.

How do I feel in myself? God damned fantastic! Layers of dross seem to be peeling off me at every level. So I feel lighter, in almost every way. I am full of hope and optimism that the future is packed with new things just over the horizon and I feel that I am focused more on what is good about my life than what is missing from it, as I used to be. Occasionally this feeling verges on euphoria. Rest assured, however, my feet are firmly on the ground.

I am very happy with where Cura Romana has brought me now and with all the support given by Aaron & Leslie. I have noticed many benefits such as: increased energy; more focus; feeling healthier, and protected from picking up the sicknesses going around the office. I have better moods, I am more positive and less grumpy, I have better sleep and far more control over food which I now can choose to eat or not to eat. It has been an interesting ride.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for continuing to run and provide support for Cura Romana. I'm fairly sure this round will be my last and it has made the world of difference to me. It's such a liberating and magical process, that I still don't fully understand (!), but I'm truly glad that your late mother and yourself have worked so hard on it, so that it's there for those that are lucky enough to find it. Since Cura Romana, emotionally I have felt calmer despite some enormously demanding events in my life. I have felt more in tune with my body, I have been more aware of the link between my body and who I am at the very deepest level of my being.

Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone. My energy levels are terrific, I'm sleeping well and the zest for life is back. I haven't felt this good for years. How can a way of eating that makes anyone feel - and look - so full of vitality be unhealthy? I'm only half way there. At more than 12 stones, I still need to lose weight - I'm in the consolidation phase just now but planning to do another round of Cura Romana in April. But at last I feel I'm in control of my health and weight. Hope this is helpful to anyone thinking of trying it.

Before the first week of the program ended I knew that everything was working superbly well. Physically I was feeling good as well as emotionally and I was losing weight that I had not been able to shift ever before.

For me, the Cura Romana Journey was what I had been waiting for for a long time. It was the answer to a question I had put out in the universe and it was answered fully. It changed my perception of eating and taught me how precious, clever and technical my body was, as well as showing me that my body answers me - whatever I think or eat. We need to know what we are putting into our body. It is all we have, and we must look after it.

The first three days on the Essential Spray + Food Plan were the most challenging for me with all sorts of things happening - a headache, dizziness at one stage but nothing serious. Then everything just settled down. I quickly began to notice an increased alertness. My sleep became much better and I awakened feeling more rested. I had better overall energy. By the second week I was feeling really good about the process. I was losing weight, not struggling at all with the food plan, and I was highly motivated to stick to the plan in a way I have never felt before. Emotionally I felt buoyant throughout the whole program. Physically I got better and better all the time. Spiritually I had some real 'ah has' around clarity of thought, my life direction, going into the stillness, and feeling much better aligned on my spiritual path.

I did Cura Romana about 10 years ago to great effect. I lost more than enough weight and it cured my sugar cravings - I think it is the healthiest wholistic weight loss program in the world!

As someone who has tried many diets over the years with varying degrees of success, I found the Cura Romana Journey very different from all of them. This time I lost the cravings and addictive eating behavior and they have never returned. Above all, I have learned to listen to and trust my body to tell me what it needs rather than relying on arbitrary rules. I feel an enormous sense of unity between body and spirit. I would never have believed such a thing to be possible. I feel a confidence and vitality that is new and I truly believe that it is going to last.

I have read this book and followed the Cura Romana Weight Loss Plan twice now, and I would highly recommend both. The program outlined in this book enables the body to burn off stored fat at an amazingly fast rate (on average a half pound a day for women and one pound a day for men.) More than that, however, it takes you on a journey of personal growth where you come to appreciate your body - dare I say like it? - and discover who you are at a deeper level. I'm in my mid 40s, and it helped me lose those stubborn extra 10 pounds and feel about 20 years younger. Aches and pains gone, skin radiant, energy levels soaring. I encourage anyone who has struggled with hopelessness around excess weight to pick up this book and discover the indescribable transformation that it can bring.

Thank you for all support ,really helpful guidance and feedback .I've learned so much about a better way of eating and what my body likes and doesn't. I'm now maintained at 58kg. I am very happy at this weight . It feels better and I will now have my prediabetic sugar level test in another 2 weeks as advised by GP .I told them about the fasting and food program . I don't notice any heavy food cravings and feel easily satisfied and nourished . Everything tastes fantastic also! This is an amazing program and I have told others who were interested about it .
