As an energy medicine practitioner (specifically Chinese acupuncture) I was intrigued and cautiously delighted to find the Cura Romana diet which approaches weightloss multi-dimensionally rather than just physically. When I first learned about Cura Romana I was only interested in weight loss. I read on the Cura Romana website about other benefits of being on the Essential Spray + Food Plan and took in all the testimonials but I remained skeptical.
