Cura romana changed my life. This was my second attempt – the first one worked really well until I had some emotional turmoil in my life and I revert back to my bad eating habits. This time was completely different because I changed my mindset. I resolved myself to the fact that ‘you are what you eat’ and now I realise what fuel my body needs and adores and I give it that. I knew it was a long term change this time and I’m happy to stay my weight has stayed at a balanced amount for the past 6 months. I’ve bought myself a whole new wardrobe and feel great dressing myself every day. I can regulate much better now and although I may enjoy a rich meal every once in a while or while on holidays for example I revert back to my routine when home and the balance is restored. I am more mindful about the nutritional choices I make. It’s brought me inner calm and increased my self-confidence. My energy levels have increased immensely and I have a new perspective on life, a much more positive one. I’ve a spring in my step, all thanks to Aaron. I particularly recommend the inner circle as it gave me the support and encouragement I needed at the time. Aaron’s knowledge is astounding and he’s a great holistic view on life and the things that affect us. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I feel a lot of trust going through this program. I know it works and I know if something isn’t working, Aaron and the program will be able to guide me as to why. Which is lovely for me.

It help me lose 7lb. Not sure why. Friends have said how good this item but has not worked for me.

I tried the cura romana and I have to say, it's the best diet I have ever tried, I won't try anything else from now one, I lost 32kg, an average of 500g a day. If you are ready to follow the protocol to the letter you will shed that weight like crazy and if please respect the maintenance phase and find some form of exercise you enjoy (which is the most important the maintenance phase that is) you will keep that weight off for good. I started running during the maintenance phase and I feel amazing, I have lots of energy, I am so much more confident,I lost 4 dress sizes, unfortunately you will have to change your all wardrobe. Dont think too much try it for your self you will be amazed.

Following this protocol is not just about weight loss- it is about focusing on many other aspects of ones existence: discipline; self determination; clarity; focus on ones life issues. It separates you temporarily out from the herd, enabling some constructive introspection. It is not for the fainthearted.

I am halfway through the Curaromano diet, lost 20 lbs so far and feeling very well. I can honestly say that the spray is fantastic, I have not felt hungry, weak etc since starting the programme even though I cook for guests in our B and B. I am going to to do the protocol again as I have more weight to lose so will be ordering the essential spray again. I highly recommend the Curaromano journey to all who feel desperate about their weight.

I am on day 20 of the 21 days of the first step. Since you are supposed to take the sprays only the first 18 days, I put away my 2 little bottles this morning and realized I have a whole bottle left! I purchased them in London at Helios Pharmacy where you can by only 1 bottle. But since I live in the USA I bought the recommended 2. Just like many other reviewers I am in late 40s and have struggled with weight and tried many diets that didn't work. With 1 day left I am on track to lose 14lbs (1 stone). I could still lose another 2 stones, but already I feel like I have new clothes: after several years I can fit into clothes I have had in my closet. I was very close to an American size 14 and now I am probably a solid size 12 and occasionally a "large" 10. As far as I can remember I have never been an 8... I will try to keep to the protein and veggie diet but adding fat, which according to many books is necessary: WHY WE GET FAT: AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT by Gary Taubes is a very well known book which debunks the low fat craze that has made many of so fat. FAT: THE WEIGHT LOSS SECRET- SIMPLE ADVICE TO LOSE WEIGHT AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE by K.D. Joseph is another book, a very easy read that encourages you to add fat to your diet to loose weight, always eliminating carbs and sugar, of course. I tried this in the past but couldn't loose any weight, but if it is true that my metabolism has reset after 21 days with only 500 calories and NO fat, I might be able to join the group of people who can eat sensibly and keep loosing some weight. According to Simeon who invented the HGC diet, you can actually enjoy WINE with a meal if you stick to no carbs. And according to Joseph and the late Montignac DARK CHOCOLATE is also allowed. What helped me to not feel hungry could be the fact that I included in my daily lunch SHIRATAKI noodles which are carb free but very filling.

I loose weight consistently and safely and I feel clean clear and energetic as I'm doing it. I feel like my real self is emerging. Because of the Essential spray I don't crave other foods or alcohol and I want to remember this good feeling when I am no longer on Cura Romana .

Second time of using Cura Romana Weight Loss Plan. I initially lost several stone whilst - and after - using the Essential Spray and over the year my weight rose slightly then naturally maintained - three stone lighter than when I commenced the protocol. Exactly as was predicted. I am using the spray again and rather haphazardly following the plan this time (it isn't easy) - but again I'm changing shape and loosing unwanted weight. I am confident my weight will drop and then as I return to 'normal eating' I will naturally maintain at a new lower weight. I personally cannot cope with the strictness of the recommended dietry restriction without the encouragement of the Essential Spray. Of course you could loose weight by eating too little - and I have tried this - but with the spray combined with the controlled amount of food intake (which is only initially for three weeks) it shows more obviouse good results and it is easier to follow the maintaince programme for the next few weeks and discover that your body really has changed - and continues to change - to its new chosen weight. I say that a restricted diet OR the spray on their own will not give as good or as permanant a result as when the whole protocol and the spray are combined - so you need the book to follow the plan too. The spray doesn't taste or smell unpleasant either.

I had so much weight to lose it was over whelming - this has allowed me a workable kick start
