Since Cura Romana, emotionally I have felt calmer despite some enormously demanding events in my life. I have felt more in tune with my body, I have been more aware of the link between my body and who I am at the very deepest level of my being.

It took me a week before I started to relax into the plan and trust it. It was a very intense experience for me physically and emotionally. I lost such a lot of weight and I was amazed that my body coped remarkably well. Spiritually, I now feel much closer to my true self and much happier and, of course, much lighter.

Cura Romana has brought me not only my newly discovered body shape which I had not seen for a long time (even prior to having children), it has improved my relationship with myself and my eating habits which, although healthy, had always been rather controlled yet chaotic. For me, Cura Romana has triggered a powerful process into action where the weightloss was merely the sweet beginning of my transformation.

This is the easiest and most rewarding weight loss plan I have ever followed and it is also the only time I believe that I can permanently maintain this weight. The rapid weight loss using the Essential Spray is great and I didn't feel hungry at all. This made it very easy to follow the plan. The kenton's coaching also really helped when I had questions or things that needed refining during the program. Over the whole 45 days of the program, I lost 13.3 kilos and a total of 95cms. I love my new body, new way of eating, and new way of being. The benefits of this program are physical, emotional and spiritual and I highly recommend it to anyone who has struggled with weight long-term as I had.

This program is fantastic. I have been frightened to attempt weight loss in the past as I feared failing at it. I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". After I tried the bread (which is the type of dense, real bread, full of seed that I used to really love and was convinced I would still enjoy), I threw the rest of the loaf out for the birds. And I had a bite of biscuit and threw the rest of them in the bin. It's almost unheard of for me to throw food out - 'think of the starving in Africa' is what I had drilled into me in childhood. My Cura Romana Journey really has changed my relationship to food forever and I am so happy. Also I am unable to eat the quantities that I used to eat. I am satisfied and full on a lot less. Another victory!

I have just finished the first 45 days of the Cura Romana program with excellent results, I have lost 31 pounds and I feel wonderful. I have tried every diet on the market but I have not felt as good as I have on this plan, both mentally and physically. My digestion has improved tremendously, I have so much more energy and I feel the best that I have in years. Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone. My energy levels are terrific, I'm sleeping well and the zest for life is back. I haven't felt this good for years. How can a way of eating that makes anyone feel - and look - so full of vitality be unhealthy? I'm only half way there. At more than 12 stones, I still need to lose weight - I'm in the consolidation phase just now but planning to do another round of Cura Romana in April. I completed the diet under the Kenton's supervision about 20 months ago. After cortisone treatment for asthma about ten years ago, I gained some 30 pounds, and despite various diets was unable to lose the last fifteeen. With Cura Romana I shed those persistent pounds effortlessly. More importantly, I have kept them off without being 'on a diet'. My body has truly and remarkably changed to the extent that food cravings are gone and I eat healthy foods in smaller amounts, because that satisfies my appetite, and that is what I now enjoy. In the past, I suffered fibromyalgia and other aches and pains. These are all gone. My system is so sensitized, that when I eat something not good for me I get immediate symptoms. This makes it easy to recognize and avoid such foods, not because I'm on a diet but because I know they don't agree with me. My digestive problems are also past history. I have not only lost weight, but I lost inches in precisely the places where they were unattractive. For the first time in my life I don't shrink from seeing myself in a mirror. The positive side effects of this diet were sufficiently profound, that I would agree with the reviewer who called it transformational. I am firmly convinced that the Kenton's guidance throughout the entire process was critical to the results I achieved. The daily reporting, the comments, encouragement and answers to any questions I had were not only motivational but also allowed me to understand more deeply the feedback my body was giving me. I cannot recommend more highly taking advantage of the mentorship.

I felt incredibly well on the diet and had boundless energy throughout. I immediately lost all cravings for processed foods and my palate quickly appreciated healthy choices. Excellent for those of us who have yo-yo dieted and are dismayed by the prospect of losing a lot of weight YET AGAIN...and offers hope and sound advice for KEEPING it off for good! Another huge plus for me was that I had lost weight practically every single day, which was hugely encouraging and inspiring.

Before beginning Cura Romana I was excited. I had some trepidation, too, as I'd been on many diet plans without long-term success. I was hungry the first week and then at odd moments throughout the program but I made myself drink more herbal tea, meditate, garden etc, and the hunger was managed. Two weeks into the program I felt an absolute knowing that this program would work. My body enjoyed the holiday. I felt extremely focused and self-empowered. I gained more confidence. I kept thanking my body for all that it's done for me in the last 55 years.

So first off - I have to say I haven't read this book. BUT I HAVE DONE THE PROGRAM! Last year I successfully did the plan under Leslie & Aaron's supervision. Leslie is a woman of the utmost integrity. The plan is much more than weight loss and it is the depth and breadth of Leslie's understanding of the areas of health, well-being and spirituality which made this plan of greater value than buying a remedy off the shelf. The plan works in a way which has to be seen to be believed - if you want to experience it, even better! Having completed the program in September I am now more in tune with my physical health than I have been for decades. I personally wouldn't have undertaken such a significant program without being coached through the process and I'm incredibly grateful to Leslie and Aaron for the superb program and support. Vitally this program is a re-education and could revolutionize the whole weightloss industry. It does require self-responsibility, but if you're up to the task you will have a renewed relationship with your body and yourself.

I am writing this from the viewpoint of an individual who has done the program twice. In my case it was a success as I lost 14 kilos the first time and a further 9 kilos the second time. My weight reduced from over 108 kilos to a more modest 85 making a total of 23 kilos lost. I am a qualified homeopath and it is for this reason that I decided to use the plan. For myself there is no doubt that this diet is effective and that the Essential Spray is safe. Doing the diet is a commitment because it is restrictive and sometimes feels that way but it is very rewarding to see the sustained downward momentum on the weighing scales every morning. The plan is not just a weight loss exercise but also seems to stimulate other areas of life including increased mental clarity and greater emotional sensitivity, both of which are useful for anyone re-evaluating their life style and wishing to initiate changes. This is the first book I have reviewed and probably will be the last one. I am grateful for the benefit that I have personally had and I am sure can be had by anyone who decides to follow the Cura Romana weightloss plan.

Cura Romana has provided much more than I initially expected. At first I thought this looked like just a weightloss program. I needed to lose weight I could not budge. Instead it has provided a greater insight into me. Cura Romana has set me up for the rest of my life. This is not a quick fix but a sustained burn for living. With the help and support of Leslie and Aaron I am seeing clearly the woman I have always wanted to be but somehow I had lost touch with along the way.

The Cura Romana Journey is an absolutely wonderful program which enabled me to move out of my comfort zone and achieve seemingly miraculous results with ease and support. It's helped me face my fears and learn to get on with life as a pleasure.
