Before beginning my Cura Romana Journey I was excited but not daring to hope that it would really work for me personally. I could see from the experience of others that it was genuinely effective but, of course, being at the time a pessimist, I was just bound to be the exception that proved the rule wasn't true. Still, I was hopeful enough that I was going to give it a go. In the end I lost 14 kilos. I can't recommend Cura Romana too much. It really is life-changing in so many ways. It represents freedom and the re-discovery of joy. It is a positive and very practical way to re-integrate ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. This diet really works and because there ae strict rules you are not as tempted to add extra bits. The only problem is after losing 1 and half stones in 3 weeks I found it hard to follow the rest of the protocol and put most of it back on.

I am so glad I found this programme, the weight just comes off every day. This is my 3rd round and I have lost @ 4.4 stone since April this year. Your body goes through a significant amount of change in the first few days. I had a slight feeling of fuzziness, a bit like jet lag, in those first couple of days. The only diet I have tried that really works. It is hard work, but I was never hungry. Two disadvantages: it does get a bit boring eating the same things for 26 days and it is a rather long time. I never go for 26 days without having work dinners or birthday parties. But you just have to be strong and say no. If you stick to it, it really works and it is really worth it!

This spray is part of the protocol in order to complete the best weight loss plan I have ever done.....I felt no hunger on this plan at all....spray under your tongue four times a day....taste???? well not unpleasant..sort of invigorating.....
