I followed the instructions and lost significant amounts of weight quite easily. The diet did make me tired though. And as long as I avoid eating processed foods i.e. just fresh and generally quite low carbs the weight is staying off.

I am writing this from the viewpoint of an individual who has done the program twice. In my case it was a success as I lost 14 kilos the first time and a further 9 kilos the second time. My weight reduced from over 108 kilos to a more modest 85 making a total of 23 kilos lost. I am a qualified homeopath and it is for this reason that I decided to use the plan.
