I have just finished the first 45 days of the Cura Romana program with excellent results, I have lost 31 pounds and I feel wonderful. I have tried every diet on the market but I have not felt as good as I have on this plan, both mentally and physically. My digestion has improved tremendously, I have so much more energy and I feel the best that I have in years. I cannot thank Leslie and Aaron enough for their continued support because I could not have done it without them. I am looking forward to the next step in the program to continue on this remarkable journey.

Cura Romana has provided much more than I initially expected. At first I thought this looked like just a weightloss program. I needed to lose weight I could not budge. Cura Romana has transformed me. It's been life changing... and I really didn't think it was possible. I had tried everything. I have read this book and followed the Cura Romana Weight Loss Plan twice now, and I would highly recommend both. The program outlined in this book enables the body to burn off stored fat at an amazingly fast rate (on average a half pound a day for women and one pound a day for men.) More than that, however, it takes you on a journey of personal growth where you come to appreciate your body - dare I say like it? - and discover who you are at a deeper level. I'm in my mid 40s, and it helped me lose those stubborn extra 10 pounds and feel about 20 years younger. Aches and pains gone, skin radiant, energy levels soaring. I encourage anyone who has struggled with hopelessness around excess weight to pick up this book and discover the indescribable transformation that it can bring.

I did Cura Romana about 10 years ago to great effect. I lost more than enough weight and it cured my sugar cravings - I think it is the healthiest wholistic weight loss program in the world!

The first three days on the Essential Spray + Food Plan were the most challenging for me with all sorts of things happening - a headache, dizziness at one stage but nothing serious. Then everything just settled down. I quickly began to notice an increased alertness. My sleep became much better and I awakened feeling more rested. I had better overall energy. By the second week I was feeling really good about the process. I was losing weight, not struggling at all with the food plan, and I was highly motivated to stick to the plan in a way I have never felt before. Emotionally I felt buoyant throughout the whole program. Physically I got better and better all the time. How do I feel in myself? God damned fantastic! Layers of dross seem to be peeling off me at every level. So I feel lighter, in almost every way. For a long time I have felt a separation between mind and body. I felt that my body didn't work properly, I tried to eat healthily and lead a healthy lifestyle but something kept letting me down. It's been a long search for me to find the key. Over the years I've tried many diets. I've eaten high protein, been on a vegetarian and a vegan diet, I've fasted, I've eaten raw foods, organic foods, juice, and sprouted, I've done yoga and pilates, joined a gym. I completed the diet under the Kenton's supervision about 20 months ago. After cortisone treatment for asthma about ten years ago, I gained some 30 pounds, and despite various diets was unable to lose the last fifteeen. With Cura Romana I shed those persistent pounds effortlessly. More importantly, I have kept them off without being 'on a diet'. Sounds like a dream! Well, surprisingly, shockingly: it works! It's like a whole new chapter in the world of healthy nutrition. I am one of those people that has tried pretty much every diet there is on the planet. They usually promise a lot but don't deliver. This is quite different. Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone.
