This spray is part of the protocol in order to complete the best weight loss plan I have ever done.....I felt no hunger on this plan at all....spray under your tongue four times a day....taste???? well not unpleasant..sort of invigorating..... I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". After I tried the bread (which is the type of dense, real bread, full of seed that I used to really love and was convinced I would still enjoy), I threw the rest of the loaf out for the birds. I did Cura Romana about 10 years ago to great effect. I lost more than enough weight and it cured my sugar cravings - I think it is the healthiest wholistic weight loss program in the world!

Followed the protocol and lost just over 10 pounds which is exactly what I wanted. Didn't suffer hunger or pain, just a bit weak the first real two days of the diet but nothing major. After that I was feeling really good and was really sleeping well. Only down side is the fact that I didn't loose weight where I wanted just like any other diet.
