I no longer run myself into the ground to achieve too much or please other people. I have a greater sense of my spirit being grounded in my body. I think the Cura Romana program works because Leslie & Aaron have integrated all of the different aspects of health, personal beliefs and expertise into one, holistic method which is why it benefits people so dramatically on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Cura Romana has now become a way of life for me. I consider this experience to be one of my life's greatest gifts.

Before I began Cura Romana I was anxious as to whether 'I' could do this or not. Anxious, too, that even if I lost weight could I sustain it. Yet excited about finally getting back to the person I know I am. Physically my weight loss was very fast and the lightness in my body and energy this created was astounding. Emotionally my confidence in myself was restored without even realizing that this was happening. I am told I am walking taller these days. Spiritually my sense of gratitude is blossoming daily. This journey with Cura Romana has been a liberating experience for me. I feel as if my emotional and physical struggles have simply fallen away from me. It is as though I am back in my 20s with energy and enthusiasm to burn. The future is again something to look forward to and to embrace with both hands.

Cura Romana is like no other program I've ever encountered. I had severely high blood pressure problems with doctors telling me I would have to be on medication for life, otherwise face the high possibility of a heart attack or stroke. After trying numerous other programs Leslie Kenton's Cura Romana was the only course/program that worked for me. Cura Romana has helped me with blood pressure normalization, weightloss, better stress management, and general better wellness in health and spirit. It's far more than weightloss. This program is an education in itself. It's taught me things about myself that I should have already known and did not!! Not only has it changed my life for the better, I also believe it probably saved my life. This program is 10 out of 10.

I have reviewed, and tried, many diets and most of them have their good points. What is so effective about Cura Romana is that you lose weight, feel good and maintain the weight loss. It is not a quick fix but a new attitude and approach to eating and certainly I achieved my goal weight on the plan, something I have not managed to do before. I have also completed the program under Leslie's & Aaron's supervision and if you follow the methodology correctly it's a painless and effective way of losing weight in all the right places. At the same time I gained energy, a new understanding of what foods are right for me and what aren't, and a new appreciation of my body! Whilst eating much less than usual, with the Essential Spray I never felt hungry! It requires discipline but it works! And the effects are immediate and long term. And there were no negative side effects! I am not a diet person but this program felt right and I was amazed by the results. It took me a week before I started to relax into the plan and trust it. It was a very intense experience for me physically and emotionally. I lost such a lot of weight and I was amazed that my body coped remarkably well. Spiritually, I now feel much closer to my true self and much happier and, of course, much lighter.

I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". After I tried the bread (which is the type of dense, real bread, full of seed that I used to really love and was convinced I would still enjoy), I threw the rest of the loaf out for the birds. And I had a bite of biscuit and threw the rest of them in the bin. It's almost unheard of for me to throw food out - 'think of the starving in Africa' is what I had drilled into me in childhood. My Cura Romana Journey really has changed my relationship to food forever and I am so happy. Also I am unable to eat the quantities that I used to eat. I am satisfied and full on a lot less. Another victory!

Cura Romana has provided much more than I initially expected. At first I thought this looked like just a weightloss program. I needed to lose weight I could not budge.
