I really do feel so well and if it's possible I think as each day passes I feel even better. Everything about me feels different, I was saying to myself I haven't felt this well since..... And I couldn't put a time on it because to be honest I have never felt like this. I've never felt so good in my body even when I thought I was well! And due to traumas in my life from an early age and right through my childhood, I totally disconnected from myself, feeling the weight of it in every aspect of my being never really experiencing my true nature until now. I'm so grateful to look into my own eyes and greet myself with love and honour.... I feel like I have arrived home, safely held in the arms of grace and for now I'm in the sacred space of Inbetween...... With an understanding of the value of Inbetween, in contemplation of the blessings bestowed upon me.....

This has been an amazing program, it has been the only thing that has helped shift my weight in the right direction, so it’s been so nice to start to feel like myself again and to start to look like myself again. When I first learned about Cura Romana I was only interested in weight loss. I read on the Cura Romana website about other benefits of being on the Essential Spray + Food Plan and took in all the testimonials but I remained skeptical. I'd read some of Leslie's books, had practiced what she preached and been happy with the results so I decided to trust her again and began my Cura Romana journey. After a period of tiredness to begin with, a little bit of stomach irritation and some hunger I began to feel energy and vitality come back. My friends said I looked radiant. And along with this came a feeling of calm and equilibrium, and then a new feeling - a sense of catching hold of who I really was (and this may sound corny) the inner me joining the outer me so that the disparity between the two began to narrow, and a sense of inner truth emerged. And there's an added bonus, those changes also gave me a different and much more comfortable, positive, confident body image. Most important of all I began to experience insights and changes, all of them positive in my life.

I am writing this from the viewpoint of an individual who has done the program twice. In my case it was a success as I lost 14 kilos the first time and a further 9 kilos the second time. My weight reduced from over 108 kilos to a more modest 85 making a total of 23 kilos lost. I am a qualified homeopath and it is for this reason that I decided to use the plan. For myself there is no doubt that this diet is effective and that the Essential Spray is safe. Doing the diet is a commitment because it is restrictive and sometimes feels that way but it is very rewarding to see the sustained downward momentum on the weighing scales every morning. The plan is not just a weight loss exercise but also seems to stimulate other areas of life including increased mental clarity and greater emotional sensitivity, both of which are useful for anyone re-evaluating their life style and wishing to initiate changes. This is the first book I have reviewed and probably will be the last one. I am grateful for the benefit that I have personally had and I am sure can be had by anyone who decides to follow the Cura Romana weightloss plan.

Cura Romana has brought me not only my newly discovered body shape which I had not seen for a long time (even prior to having children), it has improved my relationship with myself and my eating habits which, although healthy, had always been rather controlled yet chaotic. For me, Cura Romana has triggered a powerful process into action where the weightloss was merely the sweet beginning of my transformation.

Emotionally what had been an experience of constant anxiety was replaced by calm. By the second week I had a sense of lightness, happiness and balance come into my life. Spiritually I had a greater awareness and wanted to spend time with myself, I guess getting to know the inner person. Ever since I've had a greater sense of connection not only between my mind and body, I have greater mental clarity, better emotional balance and my spirituality continues to expand, enriching every part of my life.

the first time I went on it I lost 9 kilos as I was quite overweight after a second child at 40. I have managed to keep my weight within reasonable levels since. I have eliminated a skin condition on my arms over the years due to using it. I recently was feeling awful after getting covid twice followed by influenza. I was exhausted and catching illness easily. I also put on weight. The Doctor said I have long covid. I went on the sprays for 2 weeks and have felt better than I had since early June, and feel like I'm well again. I've always noted the difference in my mental clarity and feeling happier and have more energy on the program.

I completed the diet under the Kenton's supervision about 20 months ago. After cortisone treatment for asthma about ten years ago, I gained some 30 pounds, and despite various diets was unable to lose the last fifteeen. With Cura Romana I shed those persistent pounds effortlessly. More importantly, I have kept them off without being 'on a diet'. My body has truly and remarkably changed to the extent that food cravings are gone and I eat healthy foods in smaller amounts, because that satisfies my appetite, and that is what I now enjoy. In the past, I suffered fibromyalgia and other aches and pains. These are all gone. My system is so sensitized, that when I eat something not good for me I get immediate symptoms. This makes it easy to recognize and avoid such foods, not because I'm on a diet but because I know they don't agree with me. My digestive problems are also past history. The daily reporting, the comments, encouragement and answers to any questions I had were not only motivational but also allowed me to understand more deeply the feedback my body was giving me. When I stumbled upon Leslie's invitation on her website to learn more about Cura Romana I was excited by the very notion of combining a way of letting go permanently of the excess weight I have been carrying for many years with reaching into the authentic core of myself to see what awaited me. I found Cura Romana at exactly the right time in my life and it has fulfilled its every promise at every level. If you've ever despaired of being in control of your eating habits then I cannot recommend strongly enough that you try Cura Romana. Prior to my undertaking the Cura Romana program I was 42 pounds overweight and I often felt helpless and out of control, and despised myself for my lack of willpower when I was overcome by a craving for bread or pasta. Now, after losing 23 pounds and keeping it off, I feel much more respect for myself and I am proud of what I have achieved. I no longer have any food cravings, I no longer even enjoy bread and pasta, and I have absolutely no doubt that I will lose my remaining weight. Following Cura Romana was far easier than I could ever have imagined, and most importantly it's changed my relationship with food for ever. Before beginning Cura Romana I felt very excited, confident and full of anticipation over what was to come. I knew without doubt that the program would work for me and I was very eager to start. On the program I lost 22.6 pounds and by the end I discovered I actually liked myself again. The plan is much more than weight loss and it is the depth and breadth of Leslie's understanding of the areas of health, well-being and spirituality which made this plan of greater value than buying a remedy off the shelf. The plan works in a way which has to be seen to be believed - if you want to experience it, even better! Having completed the program in September I am now more in tune with my physical health than I have been for decades. I personally wouldn't have undertaken such a significant program without being coached through the process and I'm incredibly grateful to Leslie and Aaron for the superb program and support. Vitally this program is a re-education and could revolutionize the whole weightloss industry. It does require self-responsibility, but if you're up to the task you will have a renewed relationship with your body and yourself.

There are so many things that I have taken away from my Cura Romana experience. Improved health, I feel and look so much better. Improved hormonal balance, all my menopausal symptoms have completely disappeared. And I have a greater sense of self-worth and am much less willing to make compromises. I discovered the nature of my true body size and shape and I actually like it now for the first time in my life. I have more vitality, I have a much higher level of self-confidence, I have much greater self-respect, I put myself first now. I only eat or do what's good for me and that is very empowering. I have a greater appreciation and willingness to honor my body's natural rhythms of dynamism and receptivity. If I am tired I sleep or rest now. I no longer run myself into the ground to achieve too much or please other people. I have a greater sense of my spirit being grounded in my body. I think the Cura Romana program works because Leslie & Aaron have integrated all of the different aspects of health, personal beliefs and expertise into one, holistic method which is why it benefits people so dramatically on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Cura Romana has now become a way of life for me. I consider this experience to be one of my life's greatest gifts.
