This is one of the best treatments for obesity that I have come across in my life of 30 years of trying to lose weight, and it is the first time I have lost weight of such a significant amount - 20lbs - and without feeling hungry, tired or ratty. It has given me so much energy, and I lost weight in all the right places i.e., the inessential fat and not the essential fat, and it is permanent - on other diets, one loses essential fat and feels absolutely exhausted and it is not permanent. This works really well alongside Leslie & Aaron's excellent mentoring via the audios every day, if you want to lose weight, get healthy, and want to be full of energy and joie de vivre, then do this weightloss plan, you are in very safe hands. Whilst doing this plan you will also be embarking on an amazing spiritual journey.

If you've ever despaired of being in control of your eating habits then I cannot recommend strongly enough that you try Cura Romana. Prior to my undertaking the Cura Romana program I was 42 pounds overweight and I often felt helpless and out of control, and despised myself for my lack of willpower when I was overcome by a craving for bread or pasta. Now, after losing 23 pounds and keeping it off, I feel much more respect for myself and I am proud of what I have achieved. I no longer have any food cravings, I no longer even enjoy bread and pasta, and I have absolutely no doubt that I will lose my remaining weight. Cura Romana is not only weight loss, there is so much more involved. I am very thankful for the wide information based on scientific information and personal experience of the founder, the unforgettable Leslie Kenton. How to change eating habits, how food influences our entire well being, how important it is to get in touch with ones body, which is the temple of God`s Spirit within us and therefore a living expression of his amazing creativity and love to every human being. Beyond that, there is wonderful practical advice, like the detailed foodplan on HCG diet as on Consolidation. As a Cura Romana repeater, I gladly accept the recipes, some of them I involved in my daily menu plan. Leslie's high recommendation of writing down every day for 15 minutes your thoughts, based on the book of Brenda Ueland is another great revelation. It truly helps to get in touch with our very inner self and thoughts. The problem free functioning from ordering the spray, the set up and daily guidelines of the program by Aaron Kenton I certainly like also to highlight. To me the entire Cura Roman program is like discovering a complete new land, where I am not forced into something, no - I feel encouraged and guided like on fine "wings" to discover. Thank you, Leslie! Thank you, Aaron! The difficulty in Europe, in non English speaking countries is, that many people are insecure to follow the program in English.

I did not expect to find myself

I lost all the weight I was hoping to lose in the first 23 days, yet I did not expect to find myself developing greater levels of compassion towards myself in the process.
