I feel that Cura Romana is the start of the best chapter of my life so far. It has helped me come into the moment and launched me towards more fun, fitness, prosperity and love. Before beginning Cura Romana I was worried about fatigue, nausea, gauntness and my work, but I was excited about the prospect of realizing expanded beauty and vitality. The first couple of days I had an intermittent headache as my body was detoxing. I was hungry at times but able to move onwards very quickly and the hunger disappeared. After a week I realized that the program was completely transforming me on many levels. I felt confident with the program being absolutely right for me. I was emotionally calm, more tolerant of others and expanded spiritually already. In the end I lost 30 pounds and was absolutely delighted.

My weight loss on Cura Romana has been fantastically easy and I'm so proud of the body shape I see emerging. My health is improved. I have increased vitality. I have greater self-belief and experience mental harmony and clearer thinking.

I have reviewed, and tried, many diets and most of them have their good points. What is so effective about Cura Romana is that you lose weight, feel good and maintain the weight loss. It is not a quick fix but a new attitude and approach to eating and certainly I achieved my goal weight on the plan, something I have not managed to do before. Cura Romana is like no other program I've ever encountered. Before beginning my Cura Romana Journey I was excited but not daring to hope that it would really work for me personally. I could see from the experience of others that it was genuinely effective but, of course, being at the time a pessimist, I was just bound to be the exception that proved the rule wasn't true. Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone. My energy levels are terrific, I'm sleeping well and the zest for life is back. I haven't felt this good for years. How can a way of eating that makes anyone feel - and look - so full of vitality be unhealthy? I'm only half way there. At more than 12 stones, I still need to lose weight - I'm in the consolidation phase just now but planning to do another round of Cura Romana in April. Thank you for all support ,really helpful guidance and feedback .I've learned so much about a better way of eating and what my body likes and doesn't. I'm now maintained at 58kg. I am very happy at this weight . It feels better and I will now have my prediabetic sugar level test in another 2 weeks as advised by GP .I told them about the fasting and food program . I don't notice any heavy food cravings and feel easily satisfied and nourished . Everything tastes fantastic also! This is an amazing program and I have told others who were interested about it . For me, the Cura Romana Journey was what I had been waiting for for a long time. It was the answer to a question I had put out in the universe and it was answered fully. It changed my perception of eating and taught me how precious, clever and technical my body was, as well as showing me that my body answers me - whatever I think or eat. We need to know what we are putting into our body. It is all we have, and we must look after it.

I have successfully shed 12 lbs this time and reached my target which I am delighted about. I did the programme a few years ago and shed a stone AND it cleared my thyroid issue! I was able to stop taking the thyroid pills; how amazing is that?

Before beginning Cura Romana I felt excited but at the same time a little anxious that it might not succeed for me. I was very motivated, however, especially when I witnessed such a marked weightloss. Sometimes I felt a little hungry but I allowed myself a large apple and orange and really savored them. My weightloss continued to make me feel elated. This brought with it a sense of confidence, satisfaction and anticipation of even better things to come in my life.
