Hi Aaron I just want to thankyou for everything. It has been quite a journey for me & I am very grateful for all the wisdom & guidance that you have given me. I know that I will bring all the learnings & changes as I move forward, lighter & brighter than I have ever been.

Your body goes through a significant amount of change in the first few days. I had a slight feeling of fuzziness, a bit like jet lag, in those first couple of days. I had no headaches which may be because I cut back on coffee and eliminated alcohol about a week before I started. After the first week I had heaps of energy and was really relaxed and focused. I became very calm, clear-thinking and happy with my life.

Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone. My energy levels are terrific, I'm sleeping well and the zest for life is back. I haven't felt this good for years. How can a way of eating that makes anyone feel - and look - so full of vitality be unhealthy? I'm only half way there. At more than 12 stones, I still need to lose weight - I'm in the consolidation phase just now but planning to do another round of Cura Romana in April. Cura Romana is an exciting, life-changing journey which reduces your physical size and yet gives you an increased sense of who you are. The program is much easier to follow than I thought it would be and it really works! I was a little skeptical to start with but soon became a total convert. Cura Romana has changed forever how I think and eat. I now enjoy my food immensely and don't deprive myself. If I eat something which doesn't agree with me I now have the tools to hand to put my body back in balance. I now enjoy my foods without the anxieties I had for so long about food before.

If you've ever despaired of being in control of your eating habits then I cannot recommend strongly enough that you try Cura Romana. Prior to my undertaking the Cura Romana program I was 42 pounds overweight and I often felt helpless and out of control, and despised myself for my lack of willpower when I was overcome by a craving for bread or pasta. Now, after losing 23 pounds and keeping it off, I feel much more respect for myself and I am proud of what I have achieved. I no longer have any food cravings, I no longer even enjoy bread and pasta, and I have absolutely no doubt that I will lose my remaining weight. The first three days on the Essential Spray + Food Plan were the most challenging for me with all sorts of things happening - a headache, dizziness at one stage but nothing serious. Before beginning my Cura Romana Journey I was excited but not daring to hope that it would really work for me personally. Still, I was hopeful enough that I was going to give it a go. In the end I lost 14 kilos. I can't recommend Cura Romana too much. It really is life-changing in so many ways. It represents freedom and the re-discovery of joy. It is a positive and very practical way to re-integrate ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. I believe so much damage is caused by poor advice, miss-messages and commercial exploitation. Cura Romana should be on offer in every GP's surgery and Well Woman clinic in the land. I just could not get over the clarity that I experienced on Cura Romana. I am not sure that I have ever felt that in my entire adult life. I took to getting rid of every piece of clutter and junk I had been holding on to.
