It took me a week before I started to relax into the plan and trust it. It was a very intense experience for me physically and emotionally. I lost such a lot of weight and I was amazed that my body coped remarkably well. Spiritually, I now feel much closer to my true self and much happier and, of course, much lighter.

the first time I went on it I lost 9 kilos as I was quite overweight after a second child at 40. I have managed to keep my weight within reasonable levels since. I have eliminated a skin condition on my arms over the years due to using it. I recently was feeling awful after getting covid twice followed by influenza. I was exhausted and catching illness easily. I also put on weight. The Doctor said I have long covid. I went on the sprays for 2 weeks and have felt better than I had since early June, and feel like I'm well again. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". After I tried the bread (which is the type of dense, real bread, full of seed that I used to really love and was convinced I would still enjoy), I threw the rest of the loaf out for the birds. And I had a bite of biscuit and threw the rest of them in the bin. It's almost unheard of for me to throw food out - 'think of the starving in Africa' is what I had drilled into me in childhood. My Cura Romana Journey really has changed my relationship to food forever and I am so happy. Also I am unable to eat the quantities that I used to eat. I am satisfied and full on a lot less. Another victory!

For a long time I have felt a separation between mind and body. I felt that my body didn't work properly, I tried to eat healthily and lead a healthy lifestyle but something kept letting me down. It's been a long search for me to find the key. Over the years I've tried many diets. I've eaten high protein, been on a vegetarian and a vegan diet, I've fasted, I've eaten raw foods, organic foods, juice, and sprouted, I've done yoga and pilates, joined a gym. Food is now fuel for my body, I no longer crave sweet and starchy foods, in fact, I feel quite indifferent to them. I'm no longer driven by my cravings, and this has not taken one ounce of willpower. It has just happened naturally like a flower blossoming.

Before I began Cura Romana the theory behind this diet made complete sense to me - it made me realize that all the failures that I'd experienced in the past with dieting were probably not my fault, and this was a huge relief. Once I had spoken to Leslie & Aaron I was totally convinced that this was the only way that I could achieve lasting weightloss. Not for one moment did I think the program would not work and I was really excited and couldn't wait to get started.

I am very happy at this weight . It feels better and I will now have my prediabetic sugar level test in another 2 weeks as advised by GP .I told them about the fasting and food program . I have read this book and followed the Cura Romana Weight Loss Plan twice now, and I would highly recommend both. I have done the program and have been amazed at the results. Initially I thought it sounded a bit too good to be true. For me, the Cura Romana Journey was what I had been waiting for for a long time. It was the answer to a question I had put out in the universe and it was answered fully. It changed my perception of eating and taught me how precious, clever and technical my body was, as well as showing me that my body answers me - whatever I think or eat. Before beginning Cura Romana I felt very excited, confident and full of anticipation over what was to come. I knew without doubt that the program would work for me and I was very eager to start. This is the easiest and most rewarding weight loss plan I have ever followed and it is also the only time I believe that I can permanently maintain this weight. The rapid weight loss using the Essential Spray is great and I didn't feel hungry at all. This made it very easy to follow the plan.
