Cura Romana certainly worked for me. It will work for anyone who wants to lose weight permanently, easily and naturally. It helps you see the relationship between food in your body, the logical way it functions and the cause and effects of the choices we make. I appreciated the factual explanations about the program and all the relevant background material and advice provided. I now sleep like a baby and, as a result of Cura Romana and my 7 kilo weight loss, I have masses more energy. Thank you Cura Romana.

Cura Romana is an exciting, life-changing journey which reduces your physical size and yet gives you an increased sense of who you are. The program is much easier to follow than I thought it would be and it really works! I was a little skeptical to start with but soon became a total convert. Cura Romana has changed forever how I think and eat. I now enjoy my food immensely and don't deprive myself. If I eat something which doesn't agree with me I now have the tools to hand to put my body back in balance. I now enjoy my foods without the anxieties I had for so long about food before.

Before beginning Cura Romana I felt excited but at the same time a little anxious that it might not succeed for me. I was very motivated, however, especially when I witnessed such a marked weightloss. Sometimes I felt a little hungry but I allowed myself a large apple and orange and really savored them. My weightloss continued to make me feel elated. This brought with it a sense of confidence, satisfaction and anticipation of even better things to come in my life. I felt a great sense of calmness and a desire to slow down and spend more time by myself. Physically it was a joy to feel lighter and more flexible and to have clothes feeling lose.

Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone. My energy levels are terrific, I'm sleeping well and the zest for life is back. I haven't felt this good for years. How can a way of eating that makes anyone feel - and look - so full of vitality be unhealthy? I'm only half way there. At more than 12 stones, I still need to lose weight - I'm in the consolidation phase just now but planning to do another round of Cura Romana in April. But at last I feel I'm in control of my health and weight. Hope this is helpful to anyone thinking of trying it.

So first off - I have to say I haven't read this book. BUT I HAVE DONE THE PROGRAM! Last year I successfully did the plan under Leslie & Aaron's supervision. Leslie is a woman of the utmost integrity. The plan is much more than weight loss and it is the depth and breadth of Leslie's understanding of the areas of health, well-being and spirituality which made this plan of greater value than buying a remedy off the shelf. The plan works in a way which has to be seen to be believed - if you want to experience it, even better! Having completed the program in September I am now more in tune with my physical health than I have been for decades. I personally wouldn't have undertaken such a significant program without being coached through the process and I'm incredibly grateful to Leslie and Aaron for the superb program and support. Vitally this program is a re-education and could revolutionize the whole weightloss industry. It does require self-responsibility, but if you're up to the task you will have a renewed relationship with your body and yourself.

Cura Romana starts changing your life in momentous ways. It doesn't seem to matter if you are focused on the changes or not, they just roll ahead anyway. Apart from the obvious delight of the new, slim me, I feel myself deeply changed. For instance, in the areas of my life where I've been submissive, I've become assertive, without making a conscious choice about it. Putting myself first when it matters seems now to be my default. This alone is a marvelous development for me.

There are so many things that I have taken away from my Cura Romana experience. Improved health, I feel and look so much better. I discovered the nature of my true body size and shape and I actually like it now for the first time in my life. I have more vitality, I have a much higher level of self-confidence, I have much greater self-respect, I put myself first now. I only eat or do what's good for me and that is very empowering. I have a greater appreciation and willingness to honor my body's natural rhythms of dynamism and receptivity. If I am tired I sleep or rest now. I no longer run myself into the ground to achieve too much or please other people. I have a greater sense of my spirit being grounded in my body. I think the Cura Romana program works because Leslie & Aaron have integrated all of the different aspects of health, personal beliefs and expertise into one, holistic method which is why it benefits people so dramatically on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Cura Romana has now become a way of life for me. I consider this experience to be one of my life's greatest gifts.

I have just finished the 45 day plan and I feel absolutely wonderful! I lost 31 lbs with no difficulty. I am a practicing homeopath and I fully endorse the use of the Essential Spray vs. the western medicine version. I physically feel better than I have in years and had no complications from following the program. I would highly recommend it to not only my clients but also family.

the first time I went on it I lost 9 kilos as I was quite overweight after a second child at 40. I have managed to keep my weight within reasonable levels since. I have eliminated a skin condition on my arms over the years due to using it. I recently was feeling awful after getting covid twice followed by influenza. I was exhausted and catching illness easily. I also put on weight. The Doctor said I have long covid. I went on the sprays for 2 weeks and have felt better than I had since early June, and feel like I'm well again. I've always noted the difference in my mental clarity and feeling happier and have more energy on the program.
