the first time I went on it I lost 9 kilos as I was quite overweight after a second child at 40. I have managed to keep my weight within reasonable levels since. I have eliminated a skin condition on my arms over the years due to using it. I recently was feeling awful after getting covid twice followed by influenza. I was exhausted and catching illness easily. I also put on weight. The Doctor said I have long covid. I went on the sprays for 2 weeks and have felt better than I had since early June, and feel like I'm well again. I've always noted the difference in my mental clarity and feeling happier and have more energy on the program.

Before beginning Cura Romana I felt very excited, confident and full of anticipation over what was to come. I knew without doubt that the program would work for me and I was very eager to start. It took me a week before I started to relax into the plan and trust it. It was a very intense experience for me physically and emotionally. I lost such a lot of weight and I was amazed that my body coped remarkably well. Spiritually, I now feel much closer to my true self and much happier and, of course, much lighter.

I have recently finished Cura Romana under the supervision of Aaron & Leslie. This diet is different from others I have tried. There are so many things that I have taken away from my Cura Romana experience. Improved health, I feel and look so much better. Cura Romana has now become a way of life for me. I consider this experience to be one of my life's greatest gifts.

I definitely feel Cura Romana is different than any other weightloss protocol. My enthusiasm, vitality and creativity has increased immeasurably. I am enjoying life more, I am more organized, I thought that a part of my life had died when I reached menopause, and now I have regained my life. I feel alive again.

Leslie Kenton is a writer I trust - I have been inspired by her books for more than 20 years now. She explains quite touchingly that she has had issues around her weight since medical procedures in her teens left her with a faulty metabolism. In "Cura Romana" she has found an amazing tool in the work of Dr Arthur Simeons who after many years of clinical research decided that the tendency to obesity was the product of a faulty system rather than just the result of gluttony, and worked out a program to cure it. What Leslie has done is synthesize this method, expand and bring it up to date, and, most importantly, hone the method for keeping the weight off for life. (Always the depressing issue for those of us who have yo-yo dieted for most of their adult lives.) I think this book is brilliant. The system works on everyone - me, in my 60s, now wearing size 14 jeans for the first time in 30 years, (gosh its great not to have to describe myself as a fat person anymore!) my husband, who was highly skeptical - a friend in our village who lost 2 stone in 42 days and looks wonderful, and her 30 year old son who did the same thing. Leslie Kenton's Cura Romana is much more than a diet book - it's a genuine tool for personal transformation. I'm only sorry her publisher puts a quote about it being a "craze" - it's far more important and profound than that. PS. How I wish it had been available 30 years ago!

Cura Romana is an exciting, life-changing journey which reduces your physical size and yet gives you an increased sense of who you are. The program is much easier to follow than I thought it would be and it really works! I was a little skeptical to start with but soon became a total convert. Cura Romana has changed forever how I think and eat. I now enjoy my food immensely and don't deprive myself. If I eat something which doesn't agree with me I now have the tools to hand to put my body back in balance. I now enjoy my foods without the anxieties I had for so long about food before.
