The book is very thorough and there is a great website to follow and keep up to date with recipes and products. I love her inspiration and she gives hope to fat middle aged woman who have had to choose between face and body! This diet stops any of the normal sagging and wrinkles from weight loss! The Cura Romana Journey is an absolutely wonderful program which enabled me to move out of my comfort zone and achieve seemingly miraculous results with ease and support. It's helped me face my fears and learn to get on with life as a pleasure.

Thank you so much for making this program possible in my life. Cura Romana is not like a "diet" at all. It is so much more of a journey of self-realization. I now feel like I'm honoring my body and doing good for my life. The experience that I have been through on my Cura Romana Journey has brought it home so clearly that we must never take the continuing health of our body for granted.

For a long time I have felt a separation between mind and body. I felt that my body didn't work properly, I tried to eat healthily and lead a healthy lifestyle but something kept letting me down. It's been a long search for me to find the key. Over the years I've tried many diets. I've eaten high protein, been on a vegetarian and a vegan diet, I've fasted, I've eaten raw foods, organic foods, juice, and sprouted, I've done yoga and pilates, joined a gym. I've tried various complementary therapies - herbalism, acupuncture, chiropractic, educational kinesiology, aromatherapy and reflexology. Nothing has helped to reduce my weight permanently. With Cura Romana everything is different. I know I have found the key. This is not a quick fix "lose a stone a month" only to put a stone and a half back on next month. I no longer feel separation between mind and body. I feel re-connected and integrated with mind, body and spirit working in harmony. I'm amazed at the changes in myself. Food is now fuel for my body, I no longer crave sweet and starchy foods, in fact, I feel quite indifferent to them. I'm no longer driven by my cravings, and this has not taken one ounce of willpower. It has just happened naturally like a flower blossoming.

I am grateful to Leslie and Aaron for this program. It has taught me to slow down and love my body right where I am today. It has taught me that goals and focus are great, but it's important that we enjoy the process. It has taught me that food is to be enjoyed. I know how to shift any further weight that I wish to lose. Instead of ignoring the scales as I did for so many years I look forward to my daily weight because I know I am now in control of where I want to be.

Before doing Cura Romana I thought I was doing everything right with my diet and exercise program. However, I was still gaining weight. I know now that I was 'way off the mark'. Only with Cura Romana was I successful in reducing my weight. However, Cura Romana offers so much more than weightloss. Before beginning Cura Romana I felt excited but at the same time a little anxious that it might not succeed for me. I was very motivated, however, especially when I witnessed such a marked weightloss. Sometimes I felt a little hungry but I allowed myself a large apple and orange and really savored them. My weightloss continued to make me feel elated. This brought with it a sense of confidence, satisfaction and anticipation of even better things to come in my life. I felt a great sense of calmness and a desire to slow down and spend more time by myself. Physically it was a joy to feel lighter and more flexible and to have clothes feeling lose.

I lost all the weight I was hoping to lose in the first 23 days, yet I did not expect to find myself developing greater levels of compassion towards myself in the process. I have done the program and have been amazed at the results. Initially I thought it sounded a bit too good to be true. Thanks to this brilliant book, I've lost 25lbs since January 16. I've bought hundreds of books from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've been moved to review anything. I was 14st 5lbs when I started and felt tired all the time - never seemed to have any energy and my zest for life was long gone. I was skeptical when I first read about this regime - it seemed a bit too far out there. But as nothing else seemed to work, and there were so many positive reviews on Amazon already, I thought I'd give it a proper go. I'm thrilled with the results. I didn't sign up for the support program on the Cura Romana website - I did it only using the book. There's quite a lot to get your head around but once you've read it, then re-read it so you understand exactly what you've got to do, it's easy as (eating) pie. Anyway, I found the explanations of the research behind the method, what I'd be doing and how it actually works helped to motivate me. But if you do buy the book, read it thoroughly and don't be tempted to skim passages or you might miss something crucial to the whole thing working properly. The best part is that you just follow the simple instructions about how to take the Essential Spray, and what to eat, and the program does exactly what Leslie & Aaron Kenton promises. Trust the research and go for it. Honestly, it's like the fat just melts away, but in all the right places. Five weeks ago, my stomach made me look six months pregnant - it's now virtually gone. I have a waist again! The normally hardest-to-budge fat is going. More pluses: my skin is fantastic, the dryness has gone. My hair and eyes are shining, nails strong, cuticles in good condition. Some annoying ailments have cleared up, e.g. joint pains in my hips and knees, stiff ankles in the mornings and also chronic hives, brought on by the temperature change every summer/winter for the past 10 years - gone. I have also completed the program under Leslie's & Aaron's supervision and if you follow the methodology correctly it's a painless and effective way of losing weight in all the right places. At the same time I gained energy, a new understanding of what foods are right for me and what aren't, and a new appreciation of my body!
