I completed the diet under the Kenton's supervision about 20 months ago. After cortisone treatment for asthma about ten years ago, I gained some 30 pounds, and despite various diets was unable to lose the last fifteeen. With Cura Romana I shed those persistent pounds effortlessly. More importantly, I have kept them off without being 'on a diet'. My body has truly and remarkably changed to the extent that food cravings are gone and I eat healthy foods in smaller amounts, because that satisfies my appetite, and that is what I now enjoy. In the past, I suffered fibromyalgia and other aches and pains. These are all gone. My system is so sensitized, that when I eat something not good for me I get immediate symptoms. This makes it easy to recognize and avoid such foods, not because I'm on a diet but because I know they don't agree with me. My digestive problems are also past history. I have not only lost weight, but I lost inches in precisely the places where they were unattractive. For the first time in my life I don't shrink from seeing myself in a mirror. The positive side effects of this diet were sufficiently profound, that I would agree with the reviewer who called it transformational. I am firmly convinced that the Kenton's guidance throughout the entire process was critical to the results I achieved. The daily reporting, the comments, encouragement and answers to any questions I had were not only motivational but also allowed me to understand more deeply the feedback my body was giving me. I cannot recommend more highly taking advantage of the mentorship.

Before beginning my Cura Romana Journey I was excited but not daring to hope that it would really work for me personally. I could see from the experience of others that it was genuinely effective but, of course, being at the time a pessimist, I was just bound to be the exception that proved the rule wasn't true. Still, I was hopeful enough that I was going to give it a go. In the end I lost 14 kilos. I can't recommend Cura Romana too much. It really is life-changing in so many ways. It represents freedom and the re-discovery of joy. It is a positive and very practical way to re-integrate ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. I believe so much damage is caused by poor advice, miss-messages and commercial exploitation. Cura Romana should be on offer in every GP's surgery and Well Woman clinic in the land. The word WILL spread!

Since Cura Romana, emotionally I have felt calmer despite some enormously demanding events in my life. I have felt more in tune with my body, I have been more aware of the link between my body and who I am at the very deepest level of my being.

This is one of the best treatments for obesity that I have come across in my life of 30 years of trying to lose weight, and it is the first time I have lost weight of such a significant amount - 20lbs - and without feeling hungry, tired or ratty. It has given me so much energy, and I lost weight in all the right places i.e., the inessential fat and not the essential fat, and it is permanent - on other diets, one loses essential fat and feels absolutely exhausted and it is not permanent. For me personally, it wasn't just about losing weight, but a transformation and personal growth - I learned to honor my body and respect it and not fill it with rubbish - after all would one put diesel in a Rolls Royce? Then why do we put such rubbish into our amazing and beautiful bodies? I would highly recommend it to anyone, and it is not just a diet but a treatment for obesity, that is so prevalent in our society today - this needs to be put on the NHS - it is a truly wonderful treatment and it works... without any crazy eating fads... just straight forward healthy eating. This works really well alongside Leslie & Aaron's excellent mentoring via the audios every day, if you want to lose weight, get healthy, and want to be full of energy and joie de vivre, then do this weightloss plan, you are in very safe hands. Whilst doing this plan you will also be embarking on an amazing spiritual journey.

I have actually completed the Cura Romana program and have nothing but praise for the program and for Leslie Kenton herself. Leslie's and Aaron's methods have helped me to become more in tune with my body and the way it behaves and Leslie's guidance has identified areas that I would never have thought of (e.g. food allergies), whilst I've never been happier and more at ease with myself. And to top all this off, I still managed to lose 8 kilos and keep it off because of the methods that Leslie and Aaron use! I have learnt a lot from Leslie, she is a very knowledgable woman and one I will be forever grateful to for the gift she has given me.

The first three days on the Essential Spray + Food Plan were the most challenging for me with all sorts of things happening - a headache, dizziness at one stage but nothing serious. Then everything just settled down. I quickly began to notice an increased alertness. My sleep became much better and I awakened feeling more rested. I had better overall energy. By the second week I was feeling really good about the process. I was losing weight, not struggling at all with the food plan, and I was highly motivated to stick to the plan in a way I have never felt before. Emotionally I felt buoyant throughout the whole program. Physically I got better and better all the time. Spiritually I had some real 'ah has' around clarity of thought, my life direction, going into the stillness, and feeling much better aligned on my spiritual path.

One of the really surprising things about this quite stringent diet regime is the fact that it's possible to follow it with, at first minimal, and later no hunger. Before I began Cura Romana I was anxious as to whether 'I' could do this or not. Anxious, too, that even if I lost weight could I sustain it. Emotionally my confidence in myself was restored without even realizing that this was happening. I am told I am walking taller these days. Spiritually my sense of gratitude is blossoming daily. I love her inspiration and she gives hope to fat middle aged woman who have had to choose between face and body! This diet stops any of the normal sagging and wrinkles from weight loss! I am on my sixth day of Essential Spray + Food Plan and I am feeling great. My hunger is completely gone. The skin on my face and body feels so hydrated that I don't even need a moisturizer! I'm so amazed! Cura Romana is something so special and unique. The wonderful thing is that I don't even feel that I'm on a strict diet. I am getting more energized each day and most of the energy comes from my own inessential fat. How good can it get?

I just could not get over the clarity that I experienced on Cura Romana. I am not sure that I have ever felt that in my entire adult life. Your body goes through a significant amount of change in the first few days. I had a slight feeling of fuzziness, a bit like jet lag, in those first couple of days. I had no headaches which may be because I cut back on coffee and eliminated alcohol about a week before I started. After the first week I had heaps of energy and was really relaxed and focused. I became very calm, clear-thinking and happy with my life.

I felt incredibly well on the diet and had boundless energy throughout. I immediately lost all cravings for processed foods and my palate quickly appreciated healthy choices. Excellent for those of us who have yo-yo dieted and are dismayed by the prospect of losing a lot of weight YET AGAIN...and offers hope and sound advice for KEEPING it off for good! I really do feel so well and if it's possible I think as each day passes I feel even better. Everything about me feels different, I was saying to myself I haven't felt this well since..... And due to traumas in my life from an early age and right through my childhood, I totally disconnected from myself, feeling the weight of it in every aspect of my being never really experiencing my true nature until now.
