I have recently finished Cura Romana under the supervision of Aaron & Leslie. This diet is different from others I have tried. Their constant support, together with the Essential Spray, have helped me to lose 10 kilos in 3 weeks. During the diet I was full of energy and their monitoring gave me lots of encouragement. I completed the diet under the Kenton's supervision about 20 months ago. After cortisone treatment for asthma about ten years ago, I gained some 30 pounds, and despite various diets was unable to lose the last fifteeen. With Cura Romana I shed those persistent pounds effortlessly. More importantly, I have kept them off without being 'on a diet'. My body has truly and remarkably changed to the extent that food cravings are gone and I eat healthy foods in smaller amounts, because that satisfies my appetite, and that is what I now enjoy. The daily reporting, the comments, encouragement and answers to any questions I had were not only motivational but also allowed me to understand more deeply the feedback my body was giving me. If you've ever despaired of being in control of your eating habits then I cannot recommend strongly enough that you try Cura Romana. Prior to my undertaking the Cura Romana program I was 42 pounds overweight and I often felt helpless and out of control, and despised myself for my lack of willpower when I was overcome by a craving for bread or pasta. Now, after losing 23 pounds and keeping it off, I feel much more respect for myself and I am proud of what I have achieved. I no longer have any food cravings, I no longer even enjoy bread and pasta, and I have absolutely no doubt that I will lose my remaining weight. Following Cura Romana was far easier than I could ever have imagined, and most importantly it's changed my relationship with food for ever. Don't take my word for it though, try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

For a long time I have felt a separation between mind and body. I felt that my body didn't work properly, I tried to eat healthily and lead a healthy lifestyle but something kept letting me down. It's been a long search for me to find the key. Over the years I've tried many diets. I've eaten high protein, been on a vegetarian and a vegan diet, I've fasted, I've eaten raw foods, organic foods, juice, and sprouted, I've done yoga and pilates, joined a gym. That is Cura Romana and this is my experience of it.

Before beginning Cura Romana I felt excited but at the same time a little anxious that it might not succeed for me. I was very motivated, however, especially when I witnessed such a marked weightloss. Sometimes I felt a little hungry but I allowed myself a large apple and orange and really savored them. My weightloss continued to make me feel elated. This brought with it a sense of confidence, satisfaction and anticipation of even better things to come in my life. I felt a great sense of calmness and a desire to slow down and spend more time by myself. Physically it was a joy to feel lighter and more flexible and to have clothes feeling lose.

Before beginning Cura Romana I was excited. I had some trepidation, too, as I'd been on many diet plans without long-term success. I was hungry the first week and then at odd moments throughout the program but I made myself drink more herbal tea, meditate, garden etc, and the hunger was managed. Two weeks into the program I felt an absolute knowing that this program would work. My body enjoyed the holiday. I felt extremely focused and self-empowered. I gained more confidence. I kept thanking my body for all that it's done for me in the last 55 years.

I have learned how to enjoy my food, and chocolate. My energy levels are much higher and I look and feel so much younger. I have reviewed, and tried, many diets and most of them have their good points. What is so effective about Cura Romana is that you lose weight, feel good and maintain the weight loss. It is not a quick fix but a new attitude and approach to eating and certainly I achieved my goal weight on the plan, something I have not managed to do before. More than that, however, it takes you on a journey of personal growth where you come to appreciate your body - dare I say like it? - and discover who you are at a deeper level. I'm in my mid 40s, and it helped me lose those stubborn extra 10 pounds and feel about 20 years younger. Aches and pains gone, skin radiant, energy levels soaring. I encourage anyone who has struggled with hopelessness around excess weight to pick up this book and discover the indescribable transformation that it can bring.

The most important gift I took away from Cura Romana is the knowledge that I am valuable and deserve the very best care for my whole person. I feel better about me, more confident. I know that I am okay, that I can be successful and whatever challenge I am faced with I am more in tune with the needs of my whole self, from what foods to avoid to my need for 'me' time.
