Leslie Kenton's Cura Romana program exceeded my expectations in every way. It is the most effective holistic weightloss health program I have ever come across for supporting the balance of mind, body and spirit. It accesses Leslie's immense wisdom to ensure long-lasting benefits. No other program comes even close to Cura Romana. Thank you Leslie and Aaron for putting your heart and soul into my Cura Romana Journey.

I have read this book and followed the Cura Romana Weight Loss Plan twice now, and I would highly recommend both. The program outlined in this book enables the body to burn off stored fat at an amazingly fast rate (on average a half pound a day for women and one pound a day for men.) More than that, however, it takes you on a journey of personal growth where you come to appreciate your body - dare I say like it? - and discover who you are at a deeper level. I'm in my mid 40s, and it helped me lose those stubborn extra 10 pounds and feel about 20 years younger. Aches and pains gone, skin radiant, energy levels soaring. I encourage anyone who has struggled with hopelessness around excess weight to pick up this book and discover the indescribable transformation that it can bring.

This is one of the best treatments for obesity that I have come across in my life of 30 years of trying to lose weight, and it is the first time I have lost weight of such a significant amount - 20lbs - and without feeling hungry, tired or ratty. It has given me so much energy, and I lost weight in all the right places i.e., the inessential fat and not the essential fat, and it is permanent - on other diets, one loses essential fat and feels absolutely exhausted and it is not permanent. For me personally, it wasn't just about losing weight, but a transformation and personal growth - I learned to honor my body and respect it and not fill it with rubbish - after all would one put diesel in a Rolls Royce? Then why do we put such rubbish into our amazing and beautiful bodies? I would highly recommend it to anyone, and it is not just a diet but a treatment for obesity, that is so prevalent in our society today - this needs to be put on the NHS - it is a truly wonderful treatment and it works... without any crazy eating fads... just straight forward healthy eating. This works really well alongside Leslie & Aaron's excellent mentoring via the audios every day, if you want to lose weight, get healthy, and want to be full of energy and joie de vivre, then do this weightloss plan, you are in very safe hands. Whilst doing this plan you will also be embarking on an amazing spiritual journey.

How do I feel in myself? God damned fantastic! Layers of dross seem to be peeling off me at every level. So I feel lighter, in almost every way. I am full of hope and optimism that the future is packed with new things just over the horizon and I feel that I am focused more on what is good about my life than what is missing from it, as I used to be. Occasionally this feeling verges on euphoria. Rest assured, however, my feet are firmly on the ground.

The Cura Romana Journey is an absolutely wonderful program which enabled me to move out of my comfort zone and achieve seemingly miraculous results with ease and support. It's helped me face my fears and learn to get on with life as a pleasure.

When I first learned about Cura Romana I was only interested in weight loss. I read on the Cura Romana website about other benefits of being on the Essential Spray + Food Plan and took in all the testimonials but I remained skeptical. I'd read some of Leslie's books, had practiced what she preached and been happy with the results so I decided to trust her again and began my Cura Romana journey. After a period of tiredness to begin with, a little bit of stomach irritation and some hunger I began to feel energy and vitality come back. My friends said I looked radiant. And along with this came a feeling of calm and equilibrium, and then a new feeling - a sense of catching hold of who I really was (and this may sound corny) the inner me joining the outer me so that the disparity between the two began to narrow, and a sense of inner truth emerged. And there's an added bonus, those changes also gave me a different and much more comfortable, positive, confident body image. Most important of all I began to experience insights and changes, all of them positive in my life.

This has been an amazing program, it has been the only thing that has helped shift my weight in the right direction, so it’s been so nice to start to feel like myself again and to start to look like myself again. I completed the diet under the Kenton's supervision about 20 months ago. After cortisone treatment for asthma about ten years ago, I gained some 30 pounds, and despite various diets was unable to lose the last fifteeen. With Cura Romana I shed those persistent pounds effortlessly. More importantly, I have kept them off without being 'on a diet'. My body has truly and remarkably changed to the extent that food cravings are gone and I eat healthy foods in smaller amounts, because that satisfies my appetite, and that is what I now enjoy. In the past, I suffered fibromyalgia and other aches and pains. These are all gone. My system is so sensitized, that when I eat something not good for me I get immediate symptoms. This makes it easy to recognize and avoid such foods, not because I'm on a diet but because I know they don't agree with me. My digestive problems are also past history. I have not only lost weight, but I lost inches in precisely the places where they were unattractive. For the first time in my life I don't shrink from seeing myself in a mirror. The positive side effects of this diet were sufficiently profound, that I would agree with the reviewer who called it transformational. I am firmly convinced that the Kenton's guidance throughout the entire process was critical to the results I achieved. The daily reporting, the comments, encouragement and answers to any questions I had were not only motivational but also allowed me to understand more deeply the feedback my body was giving me. I cannot recommend more highly taking advantage of the mentorship.

This is the easiest and most rewarding weight loss plan I have ever followed and it is also the only time I believe that I can permanently maintain this weight. The rapid weight loss using the Essential Spray is great and I didn't feel hungry at all. This made it very easy to follow the plan. The kenton's coaching also really helped when I had questions or things that needed refining during the program. Over the whole 45 days of the program, I lost 13.3 kilos and a total of 95cms. I love my new body, new way of eating, and new way of being. The benefits of this program are physical, emotional and spiritual and I highly recommend it to anyone who has struggled with weight long-term as I had.

Before I began Cura Romana I was anxious as to whether 'I' could do this or not. Anxious, too, that even if I lost weight could I sustain it. Yet excited about finally getting back to the person I know I am. Physically my weight loss was very fast and the lightness in my body and energy this created was astounding. Emotionally my confidence in myself was restored without even realizing that this was happening. I am told I am walking taller these days. Spiritually my sense of gratitude is blossoming daily. If you've ever despaired of being in control of your eating habits then I cannot recommend strongly enough that you try Cura Romana. Prior to my undertaking the Cura Romana program I was 42 pounds overweight and I often felt helpless and out of control, and despised myself for my lack of willpower when I was overcome by a craving for bread or pasta. Now, after losing 23 pounds and keeping it off, I feel much more respect for myself and I am proud of what I have achieved. I no longer have any food cravings, I no longer even enjoy bread and pasta, and I have absolutely no doubt that I will lose my remaining weight. Following Cura Romana was far easier than I could ever have imagined, and most importantly it's changed my relationship with food for ever. I've been deliberately testing myself with some of the food items I used to really enjoy before undertaking Cura Roman, e.g. cheese scone, carrot cake, an occasional biscuit, 5-seed bread to name a few. I am over the moon to report that they no longer have any appeal whatsoever. I am no longer a "bread junky". After I tried the bread (which is the type of dense, real bread, full of seed that I used to really love and was convinced I would still enjoy), I threw the rest of the loaf out for the birds. And I had a bite of biscuit and threw the rest of them in the bin. It's almost unheard of for me to throw food out - 'think of the starving in Africa' is what I had drilled into me in childhood. My Cura Romana Journey really has changed my relationship to food forever and I am so happy. Also I am unable to eat the quantities that I used to eat. I am satisfied and full on a lot less.
