It is quite hard but effective for those who will commit themselves.

I use this in conjunction with the CuraRomana weightloss plan and have used it 7 times now, I mean I have done the plan 7 times and have lost a total of 3 stone and by following her advice I am managing to keep it off although I have a 'steak' day once week using wild slamon.

Second time of using Cura Romana Weight Loss Plan. I initially lost several stone whilst - and after - using the Essential Spray and over the year my weight rose slightly then naturally maintained - three stone lighter than when I commenced the protocol. Exactly as was predicted. I am using the spray again and rather haphazardly following the plan this time (it isn't easy) - but again I'm changing shape and loosing unwanted weight. I am confident my weight will drop and then as I return to 'normal eating' I will naturally maintain at a new lower weight. I personally cannot cope with the strictness of the recommended dietry restriction without the encouragement of the Essential Spray. Of course you could loose weight by eating too little - and I have tried this - but with the spray combined with the controlled amount of food intake (which is only initially for three weeks) it shows more obviouse good results and it is easier to follow the maintaince programme for the next few weeks and discover that your body really has changed - and continues to change - to its new chosen weight. I say that a restricted diet OR the spray on their own will not give as good or as permanant a result as when the whole protocol and the spray are combined - so you need the book to follow the plan too. The spray doesn't taste or smell unpleasant either.

This is my second purchase and it's great, I am following the programme and taking the spray it really works will be ordering again soon.

Please dismiss all who say the spray is just alcohol and water. No process is perfect, neither is the manufacturing, bottling or transporting. If there appears that something isn't quite right, do not assume that the product is rubbish, just contact the seller and they will replace your product. This spray MUST be used in conjunction with the book or the on-line Cura Romana program. IT WORKS. If you have weight loss stalls whilst following the protocol to the letter, please remember that FAT MOVES. It will move from your hips to somewhere where your body needs it either to be used as fuel buring the protocol either for after you finish the protocol. It moves it from an innaccessible sore to an accessible one. Even your wrinkles will get filled so do not worry. THIS IS NOT A HORMONE!!! Never mess around taking hormones. This spray uses same neuro pathway and neuro centre as the HCG and has the same effect as the HCG but IS NOT a hormone. One downside: once you identified foods you should not eat during consolidation, you do have to stop eating them. You cannot go back to your former way of earting. Do not undertake this protocol if you are not serious about giving up those favourite foods that caused you to put on weight (and never get it off) in the first place... If you think that following the protocol is difficult, please re-consider-this is the easy part. Staying clean is!! I don't want to put anyone off because I don't believe there is anything like this out there but you do have to be serious about not only your weight but your health...

I have followed Lesley Kenton's work for years but in my mid-30s I hit a personal obstacle- depression ensued which lead to a weight gain that I never experienced before. I began to panic as I had always followed the advice of Leslie..but this time something was different. My body was changing it's reaction to foods that I once found easy to digest... I discovered Leslie Kenton's website, (www (dot) curaromana) (dot com) and read the revolutionary concept she had unearthed from Simeons (1950s). Leslie presented this scientific work in a way that was easy to understand. She and her son, Aaron offered online mentorship to guide and support individuals through the journey. Familiar with her work, I signed up for what was the most life-changing experience. It turned out my body was transitioning into developing metabolic syndrome. I was foggy-headed, highly sensitive, short-tempered, easily distracted, sensitive to light and an overall sense of depression and lethargy. I began the 45-day program with Leslie and Aaron. It was easier than I had thought but I still didn't believe I was going to lose the weight they claim I could potentially lose. Not only did I lose 15kg, I lost it safely and had Leslie and Aarons mentorship to assure and support me. There were also lots of emotional issues coming up that I had blocked with comfort eating. I began to feel energetic and clear-minded. Although the personal issues had not disappeared, I was able to handle them with clarity, and less self-sabotaging behavior as before. My self-awareness skyrocketed as did my self-esteem. I often try to explain the process to people and they think it's a hack or 'too good to be true'. I was cynical at first also, but I can tell you without any reservation, it is single-handedly the most important process I ever went through. His knowledge and experience are invaluable and I always felt I could ask silly questions or get the support I needed. Make sure you use it with the book or mentorship online. It's a very strict process and you can't cheat, but you never feel hungry or get that deprived feeling while on the Food Plan process (21 days or 45-day Food Plan). Just be clear this isn't a diet, but a process, a transition and the sprays are amazing at not making you feel hungry at all. I honestly felt free because I didn't feel deprived or hungry or crave anything....It's amazing and if you stick to it to a "T" that feeling stays post Cura Romana Journey. I have lost 25kg in total using the Cura Roman Essential Sprays alongside Aaron Kenton's online mentorship. I can say without reservation it was the best investment...EVER! Come back to this review after you have experienced it. You will then realise how hard it is to put the experience into words! Highly recommened!

The only diet that has worked for me….. No hunger - huge plus!

Easy to follow

Expensive and seem to work with her book, however I think the book would work by itself would I use again don't think so will I keep my weight YES for opening the world up for everyone choice is a great thing Leslie Kenton is also a great Guru interested to hear everything she finds out about. 😀😀
