the first time I went on it I lost 9 kilos as I was quite overweight after a second child at 40. I have managed to keep my weight within reasonable levels since. I have eliminated a skin condition on my arms over the years due to using it. I recently was feeling awful after getting covid twice followed by influenza. I was exhausted and catching illness easily. I also put on weight. The Doctor said I have long covid. I went on the sprays for 2 weeks and have felt better than I had since early June, and feel like I'm well again. I've always noted the difference in my mental clarity and feeling happier and have more energy on the program.

When I first learned about Cura Romana I was only interested in weight loss. I read on the Cura Romana website about other benefits of being on the Essential Spray + Food Plan and took in all the testimonials but I remained skeptical. I'd read some of Leslie's books, had practiced what she preached and been happy with the results so I decided to trust her again and began my Cura Romana journey. After a period of tiredness to begin with, a little bit of stomach irritation and some hunger I began to feel energy and vitality come back. My friends said I looked radiant. And along with this came a feeling of calm and equilibrium, and then a new feeling - a sense of catching hold of who I really was (and this may sound corny) the inner me joining the outer me so that the disparity between the two began to narrow, and a sense of inner truth emerged. And there's an added bonus, those changes also gave me a different and much more comfortable, positive, confident body image. Most important of all I began to experience insights and changes, all of them positive in my life.

Cura Romana starts changing your life in momentous ways. It doesn't seem to matter if you are focused on the changes or not, they just roll ahead anyway. Apart from the obvious delight of the new, slim me, I feel myself deeply changed. For instance, in the areas of my life where I've been submissive, I've become assertive, without making a conscious choice about it. Putting myself first when it matters seems now to be my default. This alone is a marvelous development for me.

I have recently finished Cura Romana under the supervision of Aaron & Leslie. This diet is different from others I have tried. Their constant support, together with the Essential Spray, have helped me to lose 10 kilos in 3 weeks. During the diet I was full of energy and their monitoring gave me lots of encouragement. The program is very easy to follow and I would recommend it to anyone.

The Cura Romana Journey is an absolutely wonderful program which enabled me to move out of my comfort zone and achieve seemingly miraculous results with ease and support. It's helped me face my fears and learn to get on with life as a pleasure.

So first off - I have to say I haven't read this book. BUT I HAVE DONE THE PROGRAM! Last year I successfully did the plan under Leslie & Aaron's supervision. Leslie is a woman of the utmost integrity. The plan is much more than weight loss and it is the depth and breadth of Leslie's understanding of the areas of health, well-being and spirituality which made this plan of greater value than buying a remedy off the shelf. The plan works in a way which has to be seen to be believed - if you want to experience it, even better! Having completed the program in September I am now more in tune with my physical health than I have been for decades. I personally wouldn't have undertaken such a significant program without being coached through the process and I'm incredibly grateful to Leslie and Aaron for the superb program and support. Vitally this program is a re-education and could revolutionize the whole weightloss industry. It does require self-responsibility, but if you're up to the task you will have a renewed relationship with your body and yourself.

Before doing Cura Romana I thought I was doing everything right with my diet and exercise program. However, I was still gaining weight. I know now that I was 'way off the mark'. Only with Cura Romana was I successful in reducing my weight. However, Cura Romana offers so much more than weightloss. As with most things in life you need to have a good coach like Leslie & Aaron alongside of you to get the best results.

Where can you enter a weight loss plan that tells you it works for everybody, that you will see positive, dramatic and immediate results in the first week, and you don't have to do any exercise except gentle walking, that then becomes a personal journey to discover how your body can perform at its optimum level and never regain excess weight. That is Cura Romana and this is my experience of it.

Cura Romana is an exciting, life-changing journey which reduces your physical size and yet gives you an increased sense of who you are. The program is much easier to follow than I thought it would be and it really works! I was a little skeptical to start with but soon became a total convert. Cura Romana has changed forever how I think and eat. I now enjoy my food immensely and don't deprive myself. If I eat something which doesn't agree with me I now have the tools to hand to put my body back in balance. I now enjoy my foods without the anxieties I had for so long about food before.

I am grateful to Leslie and Aaron for this program. It has taught me to slow down and love my body right where I am today. It has taught me that goals and focus are great, but it's important that we enjoy the process. It has taught me that food is to be enjoyed. I know how to shift any further weight that I wish to lose. Instead of ignoring the scales as I did for so many years I look forward to my daily weight because I know I am now in control of where I want to be.

I did the Cura Romana program and lost 14 kilos. There was nothing particularly hard about the process once I decided to do it. I am glad that I did it as it has enhanced my life in many areas. Physically I feel lighter and look better, emotionally and mentally I am much clearer about how I want to live my life now and so can make more courageous and appropriate decisions. The Cura Romana program worked for me, I got what I paid for.

I lost all the weight I was hoping to lose in the first 23 days, yet I did not expect to find myself developing greater levels of compassion towards myself in the process. I found the program to be very manageable in unexpected ways - feeling guided and supported and gently becoming aware of my own deeper needs and a sense of self en route. I know of no other approach to weight loss that both works and brings with it these life-enhancing qualities and for that I am, and will continue to be, hugely grateful.

I have just finished the first 45 days of the Cura Romana program with excellent results, I have lost 31 pounds and I feel wonderful. I have tried every diet on the market but I have not felt as good as I have on this plan, both mentally and physically. My digestion has improved tremendously, I have so much more energy and I feel the best that I have in years. I cannot thank Leslie and Aaron enough for their continued support because I could not have done it without them. I am looking forward to the next step in the program to continue on this remarkable journey.

How do I feel in myself? God damned fantastic! Layers of dross seem to be peeling off me at every level. So I feel lighter, in almost every way. I am full of hope and optimism that the future is packed with new things just over the horizon and I feel that I am focused more on what is good about my life than what is missing from it, as I used to be. Occasionally this feeling verges on euphoria. Rest assured, however, my feet are firmly on the ground.

Cura Romana has brought me not only my newly discovered body shape which I had not seen for a long time (even prior to having children), it has improved my relationship with myself and my eating habits which, although healthy, had always been rather controlled yet chaotic. For me, Cura Romana has triggered a powerful process into action where the weightloss was merely the sweet beginning of my transformation.

Before I began Cura Romana the theory behind this diet made complete sense to me - it made me realize that all the failures that I'd experienced in the past with dieting were probably not my fault, and this was a huge relief. Once I had spoken to Leslie & Aaron I was totally convinced that this was the only way that I could achieve lasting weightloss. Not for one moment did I think the program would not work and I was really excited and couldn't wait to get started.

I have reviewed, and tried, many diets and most of them have their good points. What is so effective about Cura Romana is that you lose weight, feel good and maintain the weight loss. It is not a quick fix but a new attitude and approach to eating and certainly I achieved my goal weight on the plan, something I have not managed to do before. An integral part of the plan is The Essential Spray. The program has been designed to work synergistically and I certainly found the spray made a substantial difference to retraining my appetite. If you want a healthy way to lose weight then this has been well thought out and researched.
